I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday celebration. When they brought out the cake, it was missing a name on it. The girl took it back to speak to her coworker and then came back and told me "do you want me to stick it here, there's no space". I mean..ya there's no space cus you didn't read the instructions. Once they added the name, they gave me the cake without showing me. I asked if I could see and she said "ya open it yourself." It looks like crap but I just left with the ugly cake. Disappointed def in service and overall attitude of their workers.

My recent experience with this ice cream shop left me deeply frustrated and disappointed. However, days passed, and I heard nothing from them. This lack of acknowledgment made me anxious, as I had an important event approaching and needed the cake on time.In an attempt to address my concerns, I tried calling the shop multiple times. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered each time, regardless of when I tried to reach out. This lack of customer service was frustrating, as I was left in the dark regarding the status of my order.The absence of communication and their failure to answer the phone left me feeling helpless and uncertain. It's disheartening when you have expectations for a special event, and a trusted establishment falls short in such a basic aspect of customer service.In the end, I had to scramble to find an alternative solution, which added unnecessary stress. I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the ice cream shop, highlighting the importance of clear communication and responsiveness in ensuring customer satisfaction.

No way jose, im going to miss my dairy queen yummy deserts and full of suger. Yes my dentist loves me and diary queen.This place is awesome. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Service was fast. I had 3 scoops of ice cream dish. It was awesome as always. Check out my pics. Excellent choices for many different flavors as u see in photo and the price i paid for 3 scoops. It was worth it.

I checked online to see when the closed (10pm) so I drove 20 minutes to get there only to find they closed early because they said no one was coming in. Keep in mind the sign says open until 10pm, but the floors were mopped, the chairs were up and the covers were put over the ice cream at 9:48, so clearly they closed up well before their posted hours. I’m angry they wasted my time and gas when they have posted hours to be open.

Customer service doesn't exist at this store. I stood at the checkout counter for 10 minutes with a quart of ice cream to purchase. The person behind the counter never looked at me or acknowledged me in any way while she was checking out a birthday cake order. When I mentioned it to her she said she was busy. ?? Too busy to say "I'll be with you in a minute" or ask the other person working to ring me up??

This is the worst location I’ve been too! I only keep coming back because they have Oreo cold brew! I come into this location 3x a week with my family & we get our own hand “PACKED” quarts. But for some reasons the only employee that know what hand packed means is the lady that does the cakes!It’s a girl with a horrible attitude when she gets a hold of our order we are always missing 2-4 scoops! It’s never packed! By the time we get home and the ice cream melts down some the tops is just missing! It’s so annoying because they should last 3 days but she does it it last barley 2 days!I don’t understand why she still working there if she hates it! She get the fake big scoops to stack the ice scream but doesn’t pack it down. Get rid of her already! The last time I complained they told me she was not working there!

Can be a bit pricey but the ice cream is worth the price ,it is always clean I do wish the staff was a bit nicer as they always have an attitude but what top notch quality service are you acting expecting just a hello welcome not kiss butt level service just basic manners buts it's alright they serve a good amount of ice cream.

Staff was rude They didn't want to get us the ice cream we wanted kept trying to make up by a pint or gallon of ice cream when all we wanted was a scoop Ordered one Reese sundae and they didn't add any chocolate sauce it was all peanut butter not edible at all.

Walked in walked right back out, floors and tables were absolutely disgusting. Looked like they spilled all over the floor and walked through it instead of cleaning it. Also were not acknowledge when we walked through her door. Zero customers a head of us I can see why...
