Rude lady working there. Door was open and weâve been going there for several years. My husband asked if they are open. Lady said does it look like we are open? So we left. We just wanted to celebrate our one year anniversary of being married. We went to another sushi place and wonât be back.

The food was superb. The combo rolls are a little different than I often see and I enjoyed the combos I ordered.
We rolled up at 8:15 on a Wednesday and noted the close time of 9:00.
At around 8:15 we were seated and greeted. We were asked to order all at once instead of depending on multiple rounds. Totally fair.
At around 8:25 we ordered. At about 8:28 we started getting food. So far so great!
At about 8:35 we started getting hounded for taking too long. There were several rounds and varieties of hounding, during which I wolfed down my food (still really tasty).
By 8:50 the server was unceremoniously dumping my momâs beer in a styrofoam cup, turning it into all head, and practically carrying us out the door.
Talk about leaving a bad taste in your mouth.

We used to love this place. Not anymore!!! Super rude service. We couldnât asked for anything without feeling scared to do so. The lady literally kicked us off the table as soon as we paid. Their prices are sky high and the food is minimal. Never again.

This is mainly for anyone who is interested for employment here. I noticed a sign looking for roles to be fulfilled. Called and a lady answer she had a rude behavior and wouldnât give me any info if I could talk to a manager for a possible interview. It was just very shady

So I went for the 50% off sushi but it's only 1 piece for 3.99 ... and the cashier kept changing the prices from the posting to her own hidden prices .. and she kept trying to charger me more and more... so I had to to mention I need my reciept for evidence of what I paid for because she kept claiming I did not pay enough so when she gave me the reciept she stop trying upcharge me The male cook was wonderful
If you are looking to work here DONâT! Worked here for a little while back in March and they took advantage of me as I was a first time server. They wouldnât let me keep any of my tips (which is illegal) but would rather give me 10 dollars every week but then took it out of my paycheck so it wasnât even a tip at all!! They also put that I only worked 6 hours there when I didnât. When I told them this they made me wait another week to get my check fixed. The hours are so low and I know there are people that call almost everyday looking for a job but Iâm here to tell you this is not the place!

First time at big tuna and as soon as we got, there was as soon as we had to leave, but they did warn us that they were about to close just note. We got there at 8 oâclock, and we were rushed to order rush to eat and rush to pay And rush to get on out Iâm just saying when we left it was 845 now this was supposed to be a date because they were closing at 9 oâclock mind you I didnât know that because if I knew that we were going to be rushed out of there so fast I wouldâve never went to myself. Donât go to an establishment that is getting ready to close. If you ask me whatâs the food good I have to say I wouldnât really know because I didnât really get to digest properly. ???? can I tell you what I ate? Nope, I didnât even get time. Iâm just saying.
Food was subpar but thatâs not the reason for the 1 star. Be careful of being charged twice here. They said my card didnât go through and proceeded to charge another card of mine. Yet, my first card was charged!! I showed them proof they charged me twice but instead of making things right, they blamed my bank!! It wasnât worth my time to argue with this people, so they can keep the money but they lost out on way more return business.. if only they knew how to run a reputable business.. smh

Eating there for over 10 years. I always get a bento B. Today it was not good. I never do bad reviews, they deserve one Today. Horrible
