Food is excellent customer service is trash. I ordered ahead on Postmates for pickup and therefore went to “pick up” window. Cashier looked right at me refused to acknowledge me and kept helping others that got there after me. Finally she says she can help me AT THE ORDER HERE window which is less than 2 steps away. Then I tell her I’m here for pickup and guess where I had to get my order? From the freaking pickup window because it doesn’t fit through the order here window. Girl I can read if I’m at the pickup window please don’t make me go back and forth for your pride and maybe say “I’ll be right with you” or don’t work in customer service. I won’t be back.

I ordered the birrieria Dorado tacos. The service was excellent. Very informative about the food and helped me with my ordering. Once I got home and took a bite, I was disappointed. The tortilla was burnt and hard; I couldn't even enjoy it. The meat had no flavor, and they forgot my consomme for me to dip. I will try again but at a later date.
