Customer service is not good they can hardly understand you and never take time to explain any of the dishes. When the child worked there it was so so much better. My naan was cold and burnt they offered to scrape off the burnt parts but refused to make us a new order?? They got our order wrong TWO times and one of those times I brought a friend who I told this was an amazing place I was so embarrassed. Be prepared to wait at least 40 min for ur food and expect ur naan to be cold every time. Iv been here over 5 times and watch the quality go down hill. GET A BETTER SERVER! He has the worst attitude!

Mutton biryani is not what it has to be. It’s more like pulav looks like they’ve added masala to the rice. Apollo fish is very bad. We didn’t expected this at all only chicken biryani was good. Need more experienced chefs.

Perfect example of "Don't judge a book by its cover".The impression of the restaurant and dining takes a hit - the place needs to be refreshed/upgraded and requires upkeep.Inspite of that, the food was surprisingly decent! We ordered: chicken 65 (saucy and spicy), tandoori prawns (had a similar taste and sauce base as chicken 65), chicken dum biryani (flavor was nice and subtle, but definitely catered for non-desi customers), and Irani Chai (although it didn't specifically taste like Irani Chai, if you consider it as regular chai - it was superb!).The service was good and everyone was keenly interested in checking on how the food was and what our feedback was for any improvements.Given this, I think they have potential and should be a local business that should be supported to grow, as long as they make the necessary improvements in the atmosphere.
