I had an amazing experience thanks to Charlie at Brandon’s Dinner. His customer service was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always focused on what we needed. Charlie checked in at just the right moments and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. His positive attitude and warm personality truly stood out.

Giving 5 stars becuase service was great. Food not so great My wife and I went in Friday Feb 14th, about 7:30pm. 1. Sirloin Steak looked like a carne asada , thin. Asked for medium cooked, got it well done. It was missing more flavor. 2. Baked Potatoe was still a bit hard in the center, needed more cooking 3. Ongos chicken was cooked nicely, but missed the flavor.

Tacos aren't the same as the other Brandons dinner. Get extra cheese bcuz they don't really put any cheese on the tacos. I asked for extra cheese so I'm hoping they forgot n this isn't a taco with extra cheese. Took one bite with only shell. Other than that it was decent.

Do not come here . It was my first time coming here . I asked for a menu because I was on lunch and I wanted my food to go . The food looked great . Finally when I decided what I wanted I went up to the cashier there was two people on the cashier I waited for a bit for them to at least acknowledge me that I wanted to order they kept ignoring me and doing something on the register which I understand but the least one of them can do was to let me know they will be with me in a moment . Finally after I was standing there waiting I put the menu down near the register, I got tired of waiting the lady looks up to me and says if I'm ready I told her no you took a long time walked out never coming here again . 2 people on the register and both of you couldn't had said nothing and was just there standing waiting and waiting and then you decide to say if I'm ready once you realized I put the menu down and I'm ready to walk out

Priscilla was great! Food was great! Restroom was clean! But, i gave it a 4 stars because I was charged $1.00 for plain hot water. I have been to a lot of restaurants in my 65 years and I have NEVER had to pay for my hot water. I did not ask for lemon and I did not use any sweetener. PLAIN HOT WATER! Not good to lose customers over frivolous charge!

This place used to be really good a few years ago but it's gotten flat.it seems like it went through a lot of changes from The waitresses to the cooks to the portions getting a lot smaller.
