Took too long to answer on the drive-thru ordering speaker.
Messed up my order for my daughter’s kids meal. Her chicken nuggets were cold. They forgot the sauce. I asked for applesauce instead of fries but she got cold fries. They didn’t have any toys and they forgot to give me her juice.
The customer support was no help either. Could not reimburse me the money I spent of the horrible kids meal and could only offer a $3 coupon discount. Her meal does not cost $3.
They have employees who can’t check that the order is complete and can’t give you a heads up if they are sold out of something.

Today’s is 7/24/25 11:45am and my wife picked up four whopper jr with cheese. Let me tell you the all the ingredients were horrible. The lettuce, tomatoes and onions were old and brown colored. The meat was horrible. We tossed everything in the trash. I don’t know who’s prepping the food today but I will never be back to this Burger King. 0 starts if I could. I called to speak to manager and nobody is answering the phone. The ingredients should be fresh for the day specially around lunch time. Management should be fired for not checking the quality of ingredients and not checking up on the employees preparing the food. Please go to different Burger King before you get food poisoning.

Their food is expensive for a burger smaller than the size of your palm. Trying oders through the drive-thru is impossible if you aren't yelling. It's not a drive-thru anyway cause you end up having to park your car and wait anyway and don't have a big car cause you won't be able to drive around it correctly

Went through the drive through to pick up my online order. Friendly staff, terrible food, made wrong. I ordered a fish sandwich with no lettuce and no pickles. I'm allergic to pickles. Got home 3 minutes after picking up order. Couldn't eat fish due to pickle juice on sandwich. Whopper was cold...not even lukewarm, just cold. Fries were cold. Onion rings were great, though! Very disappointed!!

Went through the drive thru and the girl take the order was really rude. Got to the window and didnt even say hi was just talking to the other worker. Got my change and food and when i was leaving the drive thru my kids checked the bag and we were missing fries. I had to go back and I let them know I didnt get the right amount of change and I was missing my fries. When she handed me the money I was missing she was really rude didnt even say sorry. Got home to see was missing a small fry still and didnt get the sauce I had asked for. She had the worst customer service !

I walked over to this location as I was waiting for some work on my vehicle to be completed, and it's been probably about 10-11 years since the last time I had Burger King, so I kept my expectations low.
Upon entry, the facility itself is clean and renovated, and there's plenty of seating for as small of a restaurant as it is. The staff was alright. The first person who helped me was either new or didn't have much experience, which is fine. Their lead ended up following up on my order, and we got everything settled.
The food, though... I ended up getting a Melt sandwich and chicken fries there, and it is so small. Crazy small. Shrinkflation is really doing a number on these restaurants. And it was okay. The quality mark is about 2.5-3/5, about what you would expect for fast food. Nothing to write home about, but it'll feed you if you're hungry.

I go off reviews before I go anywhere and this place has the worst reviews across the board on food, cleanliness and service. Wont be going until the reviews get better. If you dont like your job leave and go somewhere else, people dont want to spend their money to eat at a place where their food isnt good and they gwt rude service. Also clean the darn restrooms!!!! Who is the manager here? 🤨
