I walked over to this location as I was waiting for some work on my vehicle to be completed, and it's been probably about 10-11 years since the last time I had Burger King, so I kept my expectations low.
Upon entry, the facility itself is clean and renovated, and there's plenty of seating for as small of a restaurant as it is. The staff was alright. The first person who helped me was either new or didn't have much experience, which is fine. Their lead ended up following up on my order, and we got everything settled.
The food, though... I ended up getting a Melt sandwich and chicken fries there, and it is so small. Crazy small. Shrinkflation is really doing a number on these restaurants. And it was okay. The quality mark is about 2.5-3/5, about what you would expect for fast food. Nothing to write home about, but it'll feed you if you're hungry.

I go off reviews before I go anywhere and this place has the worst reviews across the board on food, cleanliness and service. Wont be going until the reviews get better. If you dont like your job leave and go somewhere else, people dont want to spend their money to eat at a place where their food isnt good and they gwt rude service. Also clean the darn restrooms!!!! Who is the manager here? 🤨

I placed my order online through the mobile app. The app told me that the order will be ready no later than 1:10 PM. I arrived at the location at around 1:20 PM so I am already late for the pick up and thus my order should have been done a while ago. As I parked my car and was reaching for the door, a woman swung the door open while shouting out "F- this, I'm tired of this" and walked off. At this point I knew something was off but kept to myself. As I got to the line, there was two people in front of me. They placed their order and stepped aside for me to wait for the cashier to come back. When he came back, I told him I'm here to pick up an online order and the name is Kevin. The cashier is an older (age: 40 - 45) Hispanic man with gel slick back style, said ok and went some else to disappear for 5 minutes. In the mean time, I stepped aside as I thought he was either looking for my food or helping around inside. From afar I can see that there was three to go bags with the sticker seals to the side but figured it could've been someone else's order. After a couple minutes, the same cashier came back to take the order of three more customers. After the two customers in front of me when lining up got their food, and the three after me got their food was when I went up to the counter is ask is my food ready. The same cashier said he forgot my order and asked for a name again in which I gave. Only after serving an additional 2 more customers their food did I finally get my food. When he handed the three bags to me, I asked him if everything was inside just to be sure (since this isn't the first time BK has forgotten items in my order) and he assured me in an annoyed tone that everything is there. I did not have the time or ability to check at the counter as I was already late to return back to work and the bags were sealed. When I got back to work to eat some food, missing 2 orders of 8 piece nuggets. I filed a complain on the app twice and messaged them twice for any follow up and nothing. I would steer clear of this and any Burger King from now on and advise anyone else to do the same.

We went to order. Through the drive through when we ordered Mozzarellacheese sticks They were cold to the touch.We had a go back around Go back inside and let them know that the food was cold then gave it to us Fresh this time

they are so rude and dont know how to use the cash register and get frustrated with the customers because THEY dont know how to use the register the literally all the employees in there has the worst attitudes and barely speaks english and wanna be rude about it like it doesn’t make sense made me not want to even complete my order i literally didnt even buy everything i wanted to buy because they were so rude

They never get order correctly ? workers need to show more interest or pay more attention in people's meal
The burgers are very good. But they keep forgetting the salt on my fries and it is freaking annoying.

It says they open up at 630, and when I went to drive thru, I waited for 5 mins. No one came, so I figured I'll just go inside. There's a lady sitting and eating, and the doors are locked. She just points to the right towards the drive thru which I came from. And I'm like I just came from there. Doesn't even get up to tell me anything, just goes back to her meal and ignores me. Worst customer service
