I've been to this BK about 5 times since moving to the area less than 6 months ago and every time, the service is poor. They always take forever to take an order, even when the line is short. Today I went and the service was slow, when I reach the window they complain that I didn't mention I had a coupon during my order (which fine) , and all to received chicken fries that felt they've been sitting out for a while and fries mixed with onion rings (onion rings that I didn't order). So disappointed.

Only come here for the whoppers because everything else is dry cardboard. They take forever to take orders at night. I had to go and come back as if I was a new customer for them to finally take my order.

10.22.23 came to the drive thru at 8pm no one answered to get our order went around saw a guy with no headset on and a girl sitting in the dining area. Came back thinking they saw me and are going to take my order, wrong they still didn’t bother another car was there knocking on the window and they didn’t bother to tell us they weren’t servicing anyone. Ended up seeing 3 employees 2 guys 1 girl sitting in the dining area. Were they all taking their break at the same time? And another car pulled up and I’m sure they didn’t get serviced either. If they don’t want to work then quit your job.

I love the Smell of the fresh air clean like it's in a void, but I love to eat in the restaurant and the drive-thru, I love to motivated the restaurant to love our menus and I always appreciate for the restaurant. ???
I had a disappointing experience at Burger King around 6:30 pm on a Sunday night. This is typically prime time for family dinners, but to my surprise, there was only one person working, and they were on break. There were no signs indicating this at the drive-thru, leaving us clueless. We had no choice but to exit the drive-thru and park in front of the restaurant. The lone employee eventually came out and informed us that they were closed for 30 minutes. Frustrated with the situation, we decided to go to McDonald's across the street instead. It was an inconvenience and left a negative impression of Burger King's service.

Girl in drive through at around 8:30 11/14/2023 was extremely slow looked like she hates her job, has a attitude the whole time. had a whole line of cars and we waited 10-15 minutes just for condiments! Don't suggest this place would give no stars if I could

Crazy I spent my last couple of dollars to get a meal from the app it confirmed my order I ordered ahead of time because I was on my lunch and was trying to be quick I came to the drive thru and there telling me nothing works they can only make chicken and it'll take a while mind you they were closing in 20 minutes now I guess I'll suck it up and fight through the hunger cause it seemed like someone didn't want to do the job they were paid to do thank you very much.
