They were all out of the SpongeBob meals, food is all over the place looks like they just throw it in the paper wrap it and throw it in the bag, there's too many homeless around there. Its pretty dirty.

I got all the way home and had items missing couldn't even call to let them know because phone number out of service. I had to waste more time and gas driving back and forth and items I did get now cold.

What has happened to customer service?? when did the customer become a problem for visiting these fast food establishments? Or when did Spanish speaking employees think it's ok to insult a customer that they didn't know understood Spanish?? Simply because they don't have a courage to say it in English I've had enough of this Burger King management if you are reading this know that protests will be happening and everyone will know what kind of disrespectful staff you have operating your Van Buren store in Riverside California I shouldn't be treated any different because of the color of my skin and you know what the confusing thing and kind of comical thing at the same time is I'm white I'm Caucasian every single staff member gave me the most horrific glare stare look and they all snickered and chuckled and insulted me in Spanish not knowing I understood Spanish so do what you want to do with this rating I'm going to do what I need to do

I ordered special on TV chicken sandwich and fries for $5.00 but they charged me 8.00. If there using burger name they should honor what's being advertised.

I usually love eating bk & one of my favorite meals is the original chicken sandwich but today it was beyond disgusting chicken was cold, tasteless and playing out gross WORST experience
I always recommend ordering your burger off the broiler that means they have to take a fresh patty and put it on I mean they don’t have to but if they don’t wow I did notice them pulling patties out of a tin yuck anyways my burger rocked that’s why they’re getting three stars the service was a joke from the guy giving me stink guy Because I waited and I waited five minutes for him to come over to help me because he wanted me to use the self-serve stupid thing no thank you I wonder if they have a button that says off the broiler probably not anyway if you go here say off the broiler oh no you’re gonna have to wait five minutes what a bummer Not.
