Got a pretty burned bun. I don't know how anyone assembles this and thinks it's ok. It's been years since I've had Burger King and this reminds me to stay away. The fries were cold and some tasted raw. I doubt I'll ever give them another chance. It's no surprise so many are closing, just terrible.

My food was great. My complaint is more on management. The cashier gave me a coke instead of a lemonade and I brought it up to the manager. The cashier may have been a new employee but the way the manager looked at the new employee was unacceptable. There was no patience or compassion on the employee. I would hate to work in that condition. . I didn’t catch her name but she was a Hispanic women working the mid morning shift. I hope that employee quit that day.

I recently visited this BK with my children. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend this place. They offer the best of food that is absolutely clean and hygienic and also their staff (Annel) was very professional and friendly.

I came in and asked for my food. They forgot to put cheese on my burger and I kindly asked the lady (Mica) if she could put the cheese on my two burgers. Instead of offering a better service experience she just handed me two pieces of cheese in a bag. The cook gave me a dirty look as if I had the fault he forgot the cheese that was clearly said on my order. I have worked in a fast food facility before and I personally would have offered to make new burgers, not just handed them two pieces of cheese in the bag. The cashier named Tania gave extraordinary experience. Thank you Tania!

The food tastes good. There are a lot of homeless people that are camped out in front of the restaurant, in the back parking lot, and roaming the area. The employees were trying to kick them out of the restaurant because of behavior issues. This location should hire a security guard. I would not feel safe having my family eat here inside.
