This was our first time here. Food was really good. Bacon cheese fries, angus classic style, trio minis; angus classic style, crispy chicken cowboy style and Spanish beef Hawaiian style with cheese. With tax, $44.83 total.

Great food their hamburgers are not pressed but they are thick and meaty. Food is tasty and filling. Environment is attractive and clean. My first time here and I am not dissapointed. Definately will come back and tell others.

What we got were the California chicken sandwich and the buffalo crispy chicken, sweet potato fries and regular fries + drinks. His was very delicious I actually liked my partner better then what I had order, mines felt as if it was lacking something favor wise couldn’t even taste the chipotle in the sauce so I decided to add a dash of salt. This is were my experience went down hill- someone whoever refilled the salt container forgot to twist the cap back on correctly and soooo much salt fell on my burger immediately I was upset and so disappointed. The cashier was nice, the chef was nice too when he brought out the food, this small mistake just made it a bad experience. Burger options are phenomenal and the drink menu was nice too. The only thing that really irritated me was the lack of importance of sealing correctly the salt lid.

Horrible service and the food was even worse. Seriously overpriced. The hype over this burger spot is not deserved. Floor was dirty, the soda tasted metallic as if the filter needed to be changed. The tables and seats looked like they had been rubbed with ham. Gross and disgusting. Screw this place.
First i tried placing my order over the phone because i know they take a while, but they would not answer the phones (this was after calling 3 times). So i ended up just going in and no one was at the front register when I arrived for at least 5 minutes. So as you can imagine no greet, acknowledgement, none of that and then the wait. The experience was terrible i wanted to give all 1's but I felt bad bcus it looked like there was only 2 people.

Well I went to Subway right next to Burger IM, but Google asked me to review Burger IM instead. ?No problem. They're sub sandwiches are great! My daughter also got a a cookie and a fountain drink that said "subway" on the side.They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread so I got Italian wheat which was still good.It wasn't very busy even at dinner time so we were in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

Great spot for burgers. I really like their round fries. Mix between potato chips and fries. ? I love that I can get 2-3 different types of burgers instead of just one.
