Amazing little hidden gem inside the Marriott hotel. Upon arrival it was empty although it was pretty late in the evening so we weren't sure at first. However, the menu had some high quality options & the food we ordered turned out to be amazing! We got the crispy half chicken & the hacienda Tostadas. Both were very delicious! Needless to say, we'll be back soon!

Had the build your own omelette with coffee. They bring carafe to your table. $21 before tip. Hash towns were too burned to eat. Omelette was great. Nice servers.

This was a great surprise. I was running short on time and was staying at the Marriott Convention Center. The restaurant is in the first floor of the hotel.
Breakfast offerings were the buffet or a cook-to-order option. I chose the cook-to-order as the buffet was light on selections.
For $20 a standard breakfast was a good choice as it included coffee.
The meal was delivered promptly and tasted great. The coffee was smooth without bitterness. No issues with gluten-free as I just ordered with no toast.
Staff was great; very helpful and friendly, making sure I had a to-go cup of coffee out of the carafe on the table.
Great experience and worth the money.

Nice Facility located directly across from the Convention Center and a short walk to the Pedestrian Outdoor Mall in downtown Riverside between 5th St and 10th Street. Rooms were nicely set up but could use MORE lighting. NO Closet in the room we stayed in; just a armoire with 2 small draws. Thought their $25 pp price for the Breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey as was the overnight parking garage charges.
The rooms were very spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved the club breakfast so much food to choose from. There was a lot to see in the area. Great place to walk around. Farmers market was amazing.
The hotel is ok, bed is comfortable enough. The bar has all the necessary for a short stay. But the customer service is very poor; they wanted to block USD 1.700 as a security deposit for a 5 night stay!!! And I took 45 minutes to give me an positive answer to that, anyway they blocked that amount. On Friday on the check out process I had parking charges when I had no car; I also had bar charges that weren't mine! And the icing on the cake is that as they had to change the invoice several times because of their mistakes Marriot Bonvoy didn´t apply the nights to my account, So everything with Customer service is wrong! I contacted them trough emails and they keep passing the ball and no solutions were given. So be aware that they don't care about their customers, and I´m a Bonvoy Silver Member.
Didn't spend much time here or take advantage of any amenities...I was headed to Irvine for an event on Saturday and we decided to drive in a night early from Phoenix. Saved $100+ by staying in Riverside and driving down in the morning. Quick check in, pleasant staff, nice room, could probably use some new mattresses, but otherwise very nice. (Had all kinds of problems at the Irvine Marriott, but that's another story!) One minor thing, didn't get any spiel about being Platinum, normally you get offered free Breakfast (which we wouldn't have used anyway), and usually an "upgraded" room... It was a large room so maybe it was "upgraded", but if so they didn't say anything. It was such a quick stay, I didn't really think about it at the time, but usually they talk about my status. (I don't care about the status, just in it for the points, but I bet some people are snotty about it if they don't get fawned over.)
This was a very nice hotel. The staff was great from the front desk, maid service food and bar staff. I would stay here again if i visit Riverside again. I was conveniently located from the downtown area.
Denise Basore is a very nice lady and very helpful. We have been staying here for over 15 or 16 years. We have seen so many Changes Good and Bad. There is more good now. We love Theresa in the restaurant she is a keeper as well. She is so friendly like family. But dont know why you charge for the parking.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Christian checked me in and he was kind and polite. He streamlined the process and asked all the right questions. When I stayed here last month, I mentioned the loud HVAC system in the room and coincidentally I was in the same room for this visit. To my surprise, the HVAC had been fixed and was working as it should with no obnoxious noise! The room was clean and tidy. For breakfast, I tried the restaurant down stairs. Theresa was my waitress and she was wonderful! I will continue to stay here for my future business travel needs.
Nice amenities and super friendly staff. Check-in was simple and parking ample. Lots of food choices in walking distance. Nice gym and M Club Lounge. Really nice pool area and hot tub that stays open until 11pm.
I was just there for one night, but it was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. They had a bunch of softball teams in the lobby when I was there so it was slightly louder than it probably usually is. The bartender was super friendly. All in all a great experience . I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in downtown Riverside.
The room was nice, except the toilet was to close to the shower. I have pictures. It was very uncomfortable. The night time bartenders were rude and unprofessional. Went for a nightcap just before 10pm on friday and nobody was there. When I inquired, the female bartender appered and stated she was so tire from a busy night and was out back on a break. Very poor attitude and not my expectation of Marriott.
My husband and I were attending a convention at the Convention Center, and our stay at the Marriott was excellent. In particular, we want to thank three staff members for their superb service. Alex Vasquez, who checked us in and helped us in many ways. Mina Vaipulu, who came to our room in the middle of the night to help pick up my husband, who had fallen on the floor (he is disabled). Jose Pina, who provided a wonderful dinner experience for us in the restaurant. We really appreciate all their kindness to us.
