Located in a newly built shopping area, everything was clean inside and fancy looking. If you like more dessert drinks, this is a great spot! The staff were really friendly, too!

Love this place. Best coffee spot in town. There every Saturday. Staff always have a smile on their face when you walk in and are very helpful. We go there so much that they already know what drink I’m getting when I walk in. Great environment, great coffee, and the best prices. Check them out!

If you want to pay ten bucks for a cup packed with ice, a splash of actual drink, and a side of attitude, this is the place. Hidden gem? More like hidden dump.

It honestly feels like Easy Ice took over the drink menu. Half a cup of ice, maybe eight ounces of liquid. It’s ridiculous. I get trying to cut costs, but doing it at the customer’s expense is just bad business.

Out of principle alone, I’d rather drive a few extra minutes toward downtown Riverside and get a real drink from people who actually value customers.

If you love coffee, this is the place to go. I’ve tried almost all their lattes and matcha drinks, and I can only say that they were all incredibly delicious. My favorites have been the banana latte, hazelnut latte, Bottega coffee, and the mango matcha. I know that whenever I go to get my coffee, it’ll be perfect. I’ve tried so many coffee shops around Riverside, and I always find that Cafe Bottega has the best selection, taste, and quality out there. If you go, definitely try the banana latte!!!

I wanted to like this spot but didn’t have a good first experience. We ordered at the kiosk, but the card reader wasn’t reading our card, so we chose the option to pay at the counter instead. Since the only two workers were busy in the back making drinks, no one came to the register. I assumed we could just pay when our drinks were ready, but after waiting about 20 minutes we noticed people who ordered after us were getting theirs. When we asked, the worker just said that the order doesn’t go through unless it’s paid. This seems like a common issue, but it wasn’t explained anywhere, and the kiosk still lets you enter your name which is confusing.

The café itself is very small with not many seats, and it felt overcrowded with less than 20 people inside. We ended up sitting by the window, which was hot and uncomfortable since the shade wasn’t down during the middle of the day, and the AC didn’t seem to be cooling the space.

When we finally got our two drinks about 10 minutes later, they were just okay and not worth the long wait. Overall, the space is cute but not practical, and the ordering system is not great with the “pay at the counter” option. For a Saturday afternoon, it felt like they were understaffed. I probably wouldn’t come back unless I ordered ahead online.

I tried the coconut coffee and it was definitely a great choice. Good flavor and the coconut flakes were so good. The barista who recommended the drink was nice and attentive. The only reason I give this a 3/5 is because they truly add an insane amount of ice way way way too much and of course you get less of your drink. I know this is a way for them to make money but the drink alone after taxes is over $8.00 and for this amount they should really put less ice and more coffee. They add way more ice than Starbucks and the drink cost a lot more.

More of an in and out kind of place, perfect for on the go coffee runs. Stopped in one day because I saw it passing by. Immediately became my go to spot for a coffee pick me up or a sweet treat. I've tried most of their coffee menu and can't pick a favorite. I will say some drinks come with a lot of ice and it feels like a two sip gyp. It's crowded when busy so get comfortable with being close to strangers. I don't think there is a rewards program but it would be a great addition.

Doesn't fill up drink if u ask for ice. Starbucks doesn't even do that. $9 for a drink and they don't even fill it up. Do t waste ur time and money here

Ive been here sometimes already mostly the taste is different from other boba place. In order coffee milk tea. I dont taste the coffee. Taste more on milk and little tea flavor and sugar lots of ice and lil pricey here.

The place has good music, clean and elegant atmosphere. The price for drinks were $2 more then where I usually go. And the wait time was a while when there was only 2 ppl waiting for orders. My drink was mango I liked it but my mom's was jasmine milk tea she said she could barely taste the jasmine.
