Family owned . Very kind people great service and the price for what they offer is fair. Love the alkaline water . 6$ for a 5 gallon fill . Best local spot for ice cream , water and ice .

This used to be a great shopping center with unique mom and pop shops and food places. Recent management changes have pushed popular places out in favor of bigger higher end businesses. Their social media post today made it obvious they don't care about local students that spend their money at that shopping center.

I usually buy ice cream there and always the same thing. I need to share my bad experience here, the owner is pretty rude, when I ask him uf I can taste one of the flavor he was so unwelcoming and when I asked the second flavor to taste he was like do you want to taste everything( very unfriendly way). More than this they do not accept card for purchase less than 5 dollars that is inconvenient! I hope I never crave ice cream that much that I have to go there! I hope they will improve their customer service, not good to give ppl hard time for a scoop of Ice cream!

1st the regular h2o is good, The owner guy unfortunately doesn't seem to like customers coming into the store to get regular h2o though. I always understood the concept of paying for goods and business owners making a decent living. He doesn't seem to be a happy camper being there. He's usually will try to send you to the outside regular h2o machine even when he has no customers inside, he will literally direct you there 'use machine. I have multiple 1 gal bottles.
Unfortunately this whole scenario is usually the case unless someone else is working that day. another water store needs to open very close by that seems more appreciative and has better customer service to give us options.

I wish I could put 0 stars, I don't know what was up with the man working on may 17 at 4:45 pm but he was so rude. My wife and I were just trying to decide what ice cream we wanted and he suddenly stands behind my disabled wife and stares her down and rudely tells her "ARE YOU BUYING OR JUST WATCHING" we hadn't even been in this store for 3 minutes. Won't come back, if I want icecream I'll just go to Ritaid and Ralph's. Worst service ever.

Worst customer service in the whole world. Specially they guy, is super rude, he never want to help, always with a bad face. Definitely I prefer to pay more at Ralphs and doesn’t have the bad service.

A beloved community bookstore that has been paying their rent on time for 10 years is being evicted because of xenophobia, prejudice, and politics. I used to work in the towne centre as a waitress at Jammin Bread and although I used to love the Centre, I am ashamed of these actions they are taking. Linda, the bookstore owner, is a wonderful person and does not deserve to be treated this way. The towne centre has certainly lost my, and many people’s business for this.

Ownership of the center is discriminatory. They evicted two businesses recently based on judgements about content during live performances. There was no nudity. No overtly sexual content. It was entertainment that was a little racy but broke no laws. Any future tenants should be aware the management will make values judgements like it’s the 1950s in Idaho. What’s next? Evicting a restaurant for having hip-hop? Hateful management that does not value all of its customers, only the ones that fit their image of who should lease and shop there. Ridiculous.

I cannot recommend a mall that would evict a small woman owned business, a bookstore! This mall serves the local university of more than 30,000 students and staff, they clearly do not understand their customers

I know it’s a water place but we took the kids to get a scoop of ice cream. We ordered a single scoop waffle cone and our toddler ordered a scoop of cotton candy in a cup. The woman helping us was so patient and kind. Full of smiles, our toddler adored her! The ice cream was a hit on a hot summer afternoon.

great service and way cheaper than buying water from the grocery store. I also prefer alkaline :)))
