OMG! I stopped her because I hadn’t eaten all day and wow! I’m so glad I did. The food was SOOOOOO FRESH AND DELICIOUS! They are so generous with their servings I couldn’t even finish my onion rings. The western bacon burger was prepared and wrapped so beautifully and it was super delicious! You can seriously tell they actually love their jobs here. Cleaning the nozzles on the fountain drink machines and cleaning up in here. This Carls Jr is WONDERFUL! I was sick all week and this was my first fatty meal and it was SUPER DELICIOUS and Fresh! The staff was Awesome. I ate too quick to show photos. Sorry. Do not hesitate to stop by if you’re in the area.

I just ordered some burgers in the drive thru and the lady was really nice. Our food was well wrapped. We could tell they were packed and wrapped carefully. They weren’t smashed either!

I had placed a $45 order online and came to pick it up. Claudia the manager rudely greets me at the window and asks “what do you need?” I reply I need my order and she states someone had already picked it up. I tell her the then that she gave it to the wrong person then and tell her I have proof that the order was mine. She said “they gave the name Roxana”. I tell her she should have asked for proof or receipt of payment because now she gave it to the wrong person for free. She said “I didn't give food away for free” how not when I paid and she didn’t even offer to make the order for me when I have proof of payment. Then she gave me a fake number because they don’t pick up whenever I call to get my refund. Claudia the manager is a thief and even when I was willing to show proof of receipt as she failed to ask whoever took my food she was rude and did not care to make the situation right. Check the cameras if you don’t believe me. She also lied and said the person who picked it up had signed a paper receipt for the order but the receipt she showed had no signature. I will be reporting this.

Super slow service at night.
Waited like 10 minutes with no one in front of me.
A lot of homeless people at night so just be wary of that (don’t accidentally hit someone)

40 min drive tru not so good then got my wrong order not coming here

There is mold and hair in my food. Never had this happen to me before. This is really disgusting and the health department should be getting involved. I will never go to this location ever again.
