40 min drive tru not so good then got my wrong order not coming here
30 min in the drive thru with only 3 cars total. Teller said there’s to many people ordering $30 or more lol. That’s 2 combos
There is mold and hair in my food. Never had this happen to me before. This is really disgusting and the health department should be getting involved. I will never go to this location ever again.

Very nice worker in the back but the rudest manager you can imagine. Not sure how someone with that demeanor can work in customer service.
Small, if you have long trip or mount be good idea to find another fast food. Prices increased not worth it.
This Carl’s Jr has the crappiest service. There employees threw the food in 1 bag. They are out of most of their drinks. Will never come back again

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food place time was horrible. Took more than 10 minutes in the drive-through to get my order then I get my order drive all the way home to find it inside the burger there’s no hamburger patties. when I go back to the location to ask them about it, she gives me a lot of attitude and says that makes no sense. She then rips the bag out of my hand and then goes to make another one hand it to me with attitude. I questioned her with why don’t you have better customer service? I also questioned her with how does this happen? How do you forget a hamburger patty inside the burger? I also sh The burger, you can see that a patty was set there and part of the cheese was left behind and then somebody removed it when I began to question her a little bit more after receiving my food she ripped the bag out of my hand again and said do you just want your money back? I said I would like some of it back since I had to drive back home and back to here She said no, not how it works and laughed at me. I have been trying to call to speak to a manager and constantly get disconnected every time I make a call to the number that is listed.
I’ve been sitting in the drive through with 2 cars in front of me and no one behind me for 27 minutes now. What a joke
The girl that helped me, I believe Maria, was very friendly and quick with the order. This one is alittle further but will definitely make this my go to carls from now on.
This place is great except for the automated system that takes the orders at the drive thru. It makes mistakes and then you have to go to the window to get the order corrected.
