Girls at window through drive through are rude in the AM maybe they need more training on how to treat customers. I rather drive to a different location than to deal with attitudes.

I didn’t like the soda they gave me, and when I asked if I could have a different one at the drive-through. They told me they couldn’t take the drink back and give me a new one. I was speaking to a manager as well.

After waiting long time for one car in drive thru and then got my food and missing items from my ordered. Called and told nothing they can do terrible service

The lady taking my order kept interrupting me and trying to charge me for random things like getting a way bigger size of things than I asked for and then they made me park in the parking lot to wait for my food and I know we ALL hate when they do that.

Today, while ordering at this location in the drive-thru my daughter changed her mind about the 6-piece Star nugget meal and wanted to go all in for the 9-piece meal. The woman taking the order, which I later learned was “Claudia”, huffed loud and clear on the mic and proceeded to take the rest of the order. I was close to not ordering the food I wanted so I wouldn't further frustrate Claudia in any way. However, I was beyond hungry and needed to eat as soon as possible. I am enjoying the Famous Star w/cheese as I type this review. Of course, I will choose Carls Jr as a food option in the future but I will avoid Claudia’s shift. Claudia, thanks for the suggestion to leave a review! While Carl’s Jr appreciates my business, I dont appreciate Claudia’s attitude!

Service was really good

Not worth coming to this location. I would go literally anywhere else but this location. I had asked for a small they uncharge me tell me they have no small I pull up to the windows and what do I see small cups.

I’m a sucker when it comes to affordable burgers. So I would get the usual double jalapeño burger the results at the end are not good for me because there’s hot ? fire coming out of the wrong end.? Other than that. Bugers are always to me burgers fantastic! Yummy in my tummy. would recommend any Carl’s Junior.

Parking: Not much to say about the parking lot because I rolled in, a beach cruiser so parking was like everywhere. I can tell you right now parking for the beach cruiser was a nightmare ❗️ alot harder to find then your 20k plus vehicle. So don’t cruise on in with your 2 wheel electric bicycle. It’s better or best if you drive. ( honk honk)

Usually the restaurant isn't supposed to clean until after they close. It's 45 mins before closing and the employees are in front of the store blasting music out of a truck, saying they are closed but they have to clean first. What a joke. No manager on site to talk to neither. It's 05/26/2024 @11:15pm online says they don't close until midnight. 6061 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92503
