I ordered a zucchini star and realized they gave me a beef patty after I got home. I don't eat meat. I called the number on the receipt and the number listed on Google, no one answered and both had full voicemail boxes. My treat after a 24 hr workday is ruined. I'm too tired to go back to the store. I will never return to that location. The people were nice but what's the point if the order is wrong.

I stopped by to get a double famous star combo. Got home and I took the food out and only got a single. I double checked my receipt and I got charged correctly but didnt recieve my food correctly. I spent $22 for one meal and a chocolate cake. The least they can do is make sure people get what was paid for. I dont live close enough to be worth the trip to dispute. With getting parked all the time. Half full carton on fries and getting orders wrong this carls and carls in general is a big disappointment ill just get burgers somewhere else.

Hilda the manager was so sweet! She double checked everything and got our food our fresh and quick! She was able to give us a warm friendly conversation in the short time we waited in the drive through. I would definitely come again just to see her !!

Came here before I went to my destination. Food is always good, BUT the bathroom was a complete mess. Tp on the floor and the seats. Gross 🤢 the smell was even worse.

Went through the drive-thru service was quick and the windows person was nice. The food was good I am disliking the small portions. Prices went up and food got smaller, that doesn't make sense. I've always loved Carl's Jr's seasoning and that hasn't changed so I will continue to be a patron.
