This location is one that really does the mobile order in advance right. I order, show up, walk in, and the food is either hot and ready or only a short wait. They also have enough staff to actually serve customers. Bakers, Jack in the box, and the former Del Taco always are running lean. Other than that the food is good like any Carl's should be.

When I first arrived at the intercom they took 2-3 minutes to answer and then at the windows I ordered zucchini and a coffee and the worker gave me attitude because I ordered it and they told me to go back into the drive thru because I was blocking but there was nobody behind me and when I pulled up again there was another worker like if the previous worker got mad the name on the receipt was anuar c and he didn't give me my Dr pepper and ketchup and ranch which I requested bad experience never coming here again.

Went Sunday noon for lunch with my family. I usually go on Saturdays mid day but had to the chance to go Sunday last week. I must say I have never been this disappointed in this location. Restrooms were a mess and dirty and filled with water, playroom was dirty with left over food and trays on tables. Anyone can tell no one had checked on the playroom in a while. Chairs were unorganized, food everywhere on the floor and tables, left over trays with wrappers on top with unfinished food. Disgusting. The gentleman Anare that took my order. He was not helpful to my family’s order. He seemed annoyed to help and was not kind to us as his patience ran out with my order. My kids order very specific meals alongside myself. Least to say, was very disappointed with the service I got Sunday versus Saturday evening. You can easily tell who cares about the restaurant versus who doesn’t. Will not be returning on Sundays. Do not recommend.

Went on a Saturday night and got myself a Oreo shake with a double western large combo through the drive thru. Food was normal. Shake was splendid. Manager Danny always makes me a very fancy shake. However, I went on the following Sunday after and asked for another shake. It was a different gentleman that closed on Sunday. I asked for my usual Double western combo with an oreo shake, and was informed that they did NOT have shakes. When that evening prior, my mother went to buy one for my younger brother and they had. She had gotten herself a strawberry shake for herself and a chocolate shake for my younger brother. Yet, when I went myself they did NOT have shakes. This is not the first time I was denied a shake at this location as well. Multiple times have I gone at night for my double western combo with a oreo shake and have been denied it. Yet, whenever Manager Danny is there there is no issue with the shakes.
Crappiest service here everybody was nice but they threw all the food in the bag. All the food is scattered now and all I have is one bag. I’ve been to another off van buren, they did the same. Corporate do something about this with young kids throwing food in one bag

I love coming here and also bringing my kids. They have the best customer service I’ve seen in A WHILE! They’re always very helpful and friendly. My kids love playing inside their playground and they never want to leave. I make it a point to come here at least once a week but my kids insist to come here all the time! They’re decently priced so I don’t mind coming here often. Thank you for always giving the best service! One of my favorite places for my family now!
