I came here in the morning for breakfast on my way to work and not only did it take more than a few minutes for them to answer. They were two cars ahead of me. I must’ve sat in line for about five minutes until the first car just took off then the second car just took off. Finally I pulled up. It took Another five minutes for them to come to the window and tell me that they’re cooking the egg for my sandwich then about another three minutes went by and the lady comes to the window and tells me that she’s sorry that her grill for some reason isn’t heating up! If your grill isn’t heating up then why are you even open? Don’t you cook most of your food on the grill? Wouldn’t you have known that your grill isn’t working earlier in the day and have that fixed? You can’t tell me that you just now figured out your grill isn’t working! I don’t know what was going on in there. I don’t know what goes on at this restaurant at night in early morning, but it’s definitely not work. I have a hard time believing that this wouldn’t have been addressed and that something that you need to run your business like the main thing you need isn’t working And you’re still open serving people! Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at Carl’s Jr.. Do not go here they suck. Their grill doesn’t work. but Jack-in-the-Box across the street, super fast five stars on everything For the Jack-in-the-Box! Carl’s Jr. you need to up your game and fix your grill or fire some people cause they are not doing their job!

I’ve been to this location maybe 4 times in 3 months every time I go thru the drive thru they ask me to hold on. They take like 5us minutes to take my order. At the window they are rude. They take my payment and say park at the front.
Finally talked to someone about it they said it’s because of their time. Really!!?!?!? Be more prepared.

I was really looking forward to trying their new sourdough burger, so I stopped by the Aruba Valley location with high hopes. Unfortunately, this visit left me pretty disappointed.

I placed my order and was told I’d get my total at the window. Once I pulled up, I waited around 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I kept looking inside the window, but there was no sign of anyone. Normally, service here is quick and I’m greeted right away—but not this time.

Hoping it was just a delay, I gave it another five minutes. Still nothing. No one came out to charge me, and no update. At that point, I gave up and drove off—without the burger I was excited to try and honestly, with a pretty bad taste in my mouth from the experience.

This isn’t how it usually goes at this location, which is why it was so surprising. I get that things can get busy or someone might have missed something, but a simple greeting or update would have made a huge difference.

Hopefully this was just an off day and not a new trend.

This Carl's is very close to my home and this is why I come here. But every time I come, they take well over 30 min to give me my food and this is when there are absolutely no other customers inside or drive thru! I don't understand why. I've tried going thru drive up and going inside. There are usually only 2 people working. One person taking orders at both drive up and inside and 1 cook. They need more employees. I love Carl's, but I will no longer come to this location.

I try and give a business the benefit of the doubt but every single time I visit this particular Carl's Jr's I use the drive-thru and they always park me in the front, one time I waited 18 minutes I got off my car and went inside and the girl told me sorry she forgot 😔 so I got a free freaking cookie wow 👌 👏 I get coupons for Carl's Jr's but after being parked so many times and having to wait I can honestly say I will never visit this establishment ever again. I'm sure the owner is aware of what's going on by his replies to the reviews but obviously he doesn't care about his business or his customers.

This is the worst Carl's I've been to. Every time I go, there is something going on. Debit is offline, i get the wrong order, no one is there, at the front to take your order. Today i waited 12 minutes before the cashier showed up, and then proceeded to walk to the back for another 5 minutes. The cook had to come to the front to start taking peoples orders. Definitely will not be coming back to this Carl's.

Overall my diablo burger was pretty freaking delicious but my gf didnt like hers but then again she got a breakfast burger at like midnight so let's count half of her opinion lol .. But the only thing that made it not be a 5 ⭐ was the worker made us wait like 10 to almost 15 mins at the intercom when there was only one car at the window.

Ordered a famouse star combo, my fries tasted cold still like I ate them out the fridge, my Dr. Pepper was so watered down it was like drinking brown water and my burger was a hockey puck. I just threw it all in the trash, what a waste of money.

Worst drive thru experience ever the lady that works the night shift was very rude and she gave us breakfast burgers that weren’t properly prepared and the meat patties and everything on the inside was hard and crunchy! I don’t recommend anybody to waste your time or money at this location 🥴
