Wow what an abysmal drive thru experience. Had a mobile order thinking I could grab something very quick since it was early in the day. Only one car waiting at the window so it shouldn't take too long. Instead I ended up waiting almost 15 minutes before the car in front finally got their food. I don't understand why it took so long or why they didn't do what other locations do and request the car to park up front. When they did finally get served and I got to the front, I didn't receive an apology for the extensive wait or even a greeting at all. They simply asked if I wanted any sauce then handed me my bag. And to top it all off, it seems they must have had my order ready the entire time because the food was cold when I finally was able to eat. I understand unforseen things can happen but there has to be a better method than whatever is being done here. And the lack of an apology is inexcusable, I would have at least been more forgiving if they apologized and I likely wouldn't even be posting this review. At least the flavor of the food was good, just wish it wasn't cold.

This place has come in clutch for my son and i, a few times in the recent weeks. .my service dog had her last bike thru dinner date there on the 20th of October. The lady we always se to get at 11pm -2 am is just a nice person. The first ti.e we had gone there was the day we moved into our apartment...gassed we headed down rhe road hoping to grab something after a long day of moving....t ...the Lobby was closed but my son and I put on a skit like we were driving a car..well when we pulled out the drive thru we were in better spirits and trying not to burn our tongues from shoveling in fresh made Homestyles that the dowm homitta whipped out for us to enjoy. Side note my Pup never growled or barked at her or the other girls there..and she was a possessive little Primenta Fantasmia! This is why we only go to Carl's to get a burger!

I normally enjoy coming to this restaurant, however on my last visit the music was way too loud and then another customer decided to have a phone call without using headphones and he was talking so loud that I couldn't hear what I was trying to listen to on my headphones. I asked several employees to say something to him but they wouldn't so I finally picked up my food and took it outside to eat it. I don't appreciate them not being willing say something. I would have but I don't speak Spanish.
I called to let them know i found a hair in my Sandwhich and no answer 6:50 pm on march 1st 2025 very disapointed in thier setvice will no longer be back

Signage says the dining room is open until 8 or 9. We got there at 730, and the dining room was locked up tighter than a drum. The only employee that we saw was leaning against the front counter, laughing, telling us we had to go thru the drive thru. We waited in line for approx 45 minutes, only for them to get our order wrong. We will not be going back to this location.
