Got lunch here. Service was wonderful and food was great. Only complaint is the restroom. Floor was covered in trash and urine for the men's room. Edit: recently went back and is now over ran by homeless that are aggressive and under the influence. Workers let them chill and allows them to come in store too to sit without eating and use restroom. Making corporate complaint at this point.

Have restaurants just completely forgotten to check the soft drink machines to see if there is still flavoring in them or is that a thing of the past? This establishment and many others seem to completely forget to check the quality of the soft drinks. I can understand if they're out of a specific drink, or if they machine is down all together. But when I order a drink, they give me transparent brown bubbly water I paid for instead of soda, I get upset. Besides that, this is a Carl's and the service is good. That being said it's a Carl's, lower you expectations.
