It's Saturday 8/9/254:50pm The manager and crew member are so rude and have no empathy for me I come to this location at least 4 times a week and order good or just a shake . I was passing thru and had to use bathroom and they would not allow me to use it was a.n real emergency I mean I come here and purchase food they treat me like a random homeless person I am so broken hearted by the treatment I got

The breakfast burger wasnt the best tbh I think it’s because bbq sauce and eggs just don’t mix it was my first time getting it so i didn’t know but my son loved his food which was chicken tenders and some hash brown things but the manager took my order he was very professional and nice and the tables were very clean

The early morning crew are awesome! Good is always hot and I get exactly what I order. The outside area always has homeless bums around. There's been a few incidents before but nothing I couldn't handle. I do wish that the drive thru would open at 5am every day Monday thru Friday.

Carl's Jr was never my go to place but this Carl's Jr has had me coming back as I have a good experience every time.The ambience is one of comfort without luxury. The murals inside look fabulous. The set up of the tables are nice and feels very open as well as inviting. All this combined makes this place makes me feel very comfortable.
I have been here a quite a few times now and overall they have great service. I have noticed that the manager Dora is on the workers and not only does she lead them she helps them clean which I believe are good leadership skills. The cashiers have been great and have let me know about certain deals or meals they have going on at the time. One cashier I have noticed in particular has been Esmeralda. She has a great spirit everytime I go in along with a good smile. She is very generous with giving me time to order and making sure everything comes out right. I see her cleaning dining quite often making sure there is clean areas to eat and a clean walkway, which leads me to believe they are pretty hygienic.
The food has been pretty delicious. Every time I order the guacamole bacon burger combo the taste of the guacamole and bacon never seem to fail me. The guacamole stands out to me because it is just what I'm looking for when I think of guacamole.The portions are great as well. The food is filling and I have never had a problem with any of it. I will definitely keep coming here and recommend it to anyone if they consider going to Carl's Jr.

I had an awful experience at Carl's Jr. The staff was rude, inattentive, and showed no interest in providing good service. I had to wait a long time for my order, and when it finally came, it was wrong and cold. No one apologized or made any effort to fix the issue. It's really disappointing to pay for something and be treated so poorly. I absolutely do not recommend this place and will never be coming back.

I ordered and paid for a meal on the app. I was rushing to use the bathroom and didn't notice that the location was set to 20 miles away. I noticed the mistake right away. There is no immediate way to stop cancel or retract an order. I called the other location and they advised me to ask this store if they would fulfill the order. That sounded reasonable to me. But to the staff here refused to help me in any way. Acting as if the food came from their own pocket. I paid, and the faulty app won't let you address or correct orders. I would hope they would be human and treat me like a paying customer. No. Money lost. Horrible customer service.
The bathroom smells like raw sewage. Eat somewhere else.
UPDATE: After an hour, they reluctantly fulfilled the order. Does this come out of the employee's pockets?
