Placed an order through the app. I was the only person at the drive thru so I got my order right away. It came sealed and the employees were talking with each other showing me they weren’t busy. I got home and found my order missing items. I was left with my craving dissatisfied. I decided to reach out to corporate and have them resolve my issue. It was extremely hard to find out who to contact. I sent an email and let them know about my situation. They sent me a $5 gift card for my inconvenience. Honestly I was expecting more for my trouble. I guess I’m used to other restaurants going above and beyond to ensure my experience wasn’t bad. I thought they would offer for me to pick up the same order or a complimentary combo. I wasn’t going to leave this review because I expected corporate to take care of the issue. However, I do not feel like they did. So, I’m leaving for other customers to know, CHECK YOUR BAG before you leave. Customer support is not good. You’re better off contacting the manager.

One in particular stood out. Christian, focused and paid attention to our specifics and did all he could to match us will the appropriate meal deals and cost efficiencies. He was able to order us a meal we didn't know we really wanted getting our stomachs full and our wallets happy. Never rushed and always listening and full of patience and friendly. I will go out of my way to choose this location because of Christian. I hope he is recognized for his up and above customer satisfaction and overall experience.

I would usually give this a five-star in regards to the atmosphere. But unfortunately due to the neighborhood that this restaurant resides in, staff had to take measures to deter the homeless from loitering and panhandling out front. Patio area closed (every visit I made) and loud blaring classical music blaring from speakers in the parking lot.

They never give you all that you pay for. They always forget something to your order. The food is always sloppy and made like they are feeding it to animals and not people. Its always over cooked or undercooked. They never listen to a custom order as simple as no mayonaise. Ive had too many encounters with rude people taking my order. Most of the employees have horrible work ethic and its obvious the management doesnt care. They never anwser thier phone. This restaurant has plummeted in quality. Me and my family will no longer eat here. Its a shame the kids they hire have tarnished this restaurants reputauion. Someone should call the health inspector , a restaurant full of bad employees like this probably has worse secrets to be found out. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!

I love Carls...and the super/famous stars have always been my go to, but for some reason the last few times I've been here the burgers have had all mayonnaise instead of the spread it's supposed to have which makes the famous star a famous star.

I have a late night job at the warehouse and feel exhausted coming home. I started stopping at this Carls because McDonalds was always a long a** line and wanted to get home before Christmas. I like the people here--particularly Arturo who stands out. He's always in a great mood and e always manages to stay calm. Over time, we built a rapport and I enjoy coming to this Carls Jr. This is what customer service is all about---and what will keep me coming back.

Came here for lunch and the food was outstanding super fresh and yummy! Service was great, I was greeted but many of the staffs members and they were on top of everything! Recommend this place when you’re craving a burger or even chicken sandwhich.

I love coming to this Carl's Jr. location, at 6061 Van Buren, in Riverside. The number one reason is because of Christian, the cashier! His big smile and pleasant demeanor are always welcoming. He's a natural at making a customer's experience a very positive one. The food orders are prepared quickly and never disappoint. I'm keenly aware and like to outstanding customer service. He gets an A+++ and is definitely an asset to Carl's Jr.! I shared this with his professional Manager, Maria, who thanked me for the feedback and also agreed.
PS the place is very comfortable, climate-controlled and super clean!
