No Pokemon cards here either! Food sucks and is over priced but you already knew that. This place will make you refund it through your moons rear crater faster than an ETB launch on day 1. It's like wiping a brown marker, sometimes green if you get the $9 burger. Go here to punish yourself for being mean to your mom for no reason. This'll make you even. Just don't refund in her toilet, do it at Target... on the floor.

There has been a bit of confusion amongst the employees on how the app works but I don't believe that's their problem, corporate needs to train the employees better. The staff was very kind and helpful in resolving any issues and those breakfast burgers are delicious. I'll be back more often than I probably should lol 🐷
Update: I went back yesterday morning and was treated like a second class citizen and given a 5 minute long lecture by Arthur simply because he can not figure out how to use the Carl's jr app. This man is incompetent and unbelievably rude. He told me he recognized me and every time I come in it's like I'm giving them fake money. I pay with my hard earned money and all I'm asking for is the first deal advertised on the top of app. I was so unbelievably insulted and embarrassed. Again! What is the problem with the staff here? To be honest I was only trying to be nice with the first review Arturo has similar problems with the app but at least he isn't so rude about it. At least the woman cooking the food stayed polite and did a very good job.

Where do I start!!! Very long story short I ordered 2 shakes online and left feeling like I did something wrong when I asked them to be either remade or swapped out for a drink. I was told because it was an online order there wasn’t anything that they could do although it’s their app!!! I told him I worked in this industry and didn’t understand what the issue was. He then proceeded to immediately say that I must be a server or cook….I happily said no I’m the manager. He was shocked and just rolled his eyes. I asked again is there anything that he can do and in the middle of our conversation he shut the drive thru window on me. I was appalled…. I’ve never had anyone treat me so horrible for simply asking if there was some thing that could be done because my shake was not made right. This happened in front of my kids and when we left my youngest was crying because the man was so mean he said. Again, because I am from this industry I normally just let things roll off my back but this time I can’t. I will never return to that location again. It’s so sad that customer service has become so piss poor.

Don’t come to this store, there is a really happy and uplifting guy but was really strict on getting a free burger when I had already order it!!!!!!!! He was the WORST!
I ordered the BBQ chicken sandwich and it tasted like meat grease and so I opened up the sandwich and the melted tomatoes on the sandwich had grease from a hamburger patty all over them. So they used tomatoes they placed on a hamburger and removed them and placed them on the chicken sandwich. That is gross and chicken sandwich tasted gross. I love Carl's Jr. Just not this location. Will never go back here and will drive 2 miles out of my way to the Arlington location. Don't eat at this location, unless you want suspect food. don't trust their food

I come here often and the food is good, service is usually good. Was suggested to add a cheesecake to my order when I came to the drive thru today, I thought why not and said yes, only for them to forget to give me my cheesecake that I was charged for. It’s only $3 so it’s not a big deal but I usually check my order and the one time I didn’t something was missing. Def a disappointment. Tried to call to maybe ask for credit but the phones have terrible service and I wasn’t able to understand the worker even though I have good signal on my phone.

They did not let my service dog, which was certified by a Mexican military psychiatrist, into the facility. The person in charge justified himself by saying that my specific dog did not have a tag and did not want to see my document.They kicked me out for bringing my service dog.

Every time I go here there’s no one in the drive through and the ask us to pull into the parking lot and wait there. Look I’d get it if there was a long line and I placed a big order but that’s never the case. It’s a sketch move so I only come here after enough time has passed that I forget that they do it.
Also on this particular occasion they forgot an order of fries. Had to get back out go back in and get them.

I went in to ask for two chicken carbroiled BBQ for $10, but instead, the owner of the restaurant gave me the two wrong sandwiches with beef paties and onion rings on them. Although I tried to go back and ask for my order, I noticed that the owners' thoughts were elsewhere and didn't quite got my order correctly. I tried to talk to him just to confirm my order, but I felt as though he was mentally not there. So yeah, I would avoid this restaurant definitely if you wish to not get the wrong order from them.

The children's combo is very economical and especially in these times. $4.99 and it comes with a cookie, it's the best and my children were super happy. But (be careful,) this location is the one with the vanburen and limonete. It's very clean inside and everyone is working cleaning. THE NET. I GIVE THEM 10
