Stopped here to get my Hangover Burger after the Suoerbowl!

Order food they got my order wrong. Went back and they said no you order is right. How would I know they never gave me a receipt. They made me a new order but I don't trust them I threw it out. They make 20 dollars hour give a receipt PLEASE! Spent 65 dollars and didn't get to eat thanks.

we came to get something quick and they never took our order thru the speaker even though we were calling out for someone to answer us. We were waiting for 10 minutes and no one answered us so we pulled up to the window and they kept walking past us and ignoring us for another 5 minutes. The food ended up tasting HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN.

I ordered delivery off of the Carls Jr. website, when the food got here it was cold and I had items missing. I’ve been calling and no answer, I can’t even leave a voicemail message. Disappointed.

just yakked in the bathroom five times, thank god there wasn’t a mirror because i didn’t wanna look at myself. also the structural integrity of the carls jr bag is quite impressive. i vomited thrice into one while waiting in line for the bathroom and it didn’t leak a drop. i still don’t believe it.

The first vehicle has been standing for at least 40 to 45 minutes. After that two to three vehicles are coming. If it takes 40 to 45 minutes to free a customer, then how will the work be done like this? Your workers do not help in making the service fast. They keep talking among themselves. They keep laughing while the customer is waiting at the window again and again. Either you convince your customer to provide faster service or you can change your staff. Otherwise, the customer faces a lot of problems. He stands for 1-----------------1 hour to order.

Yeah, this location just doesn't care. I just ordered a meal, and the fries feel like they came out of the fridge. The bread of the burger doesn't even look toasted. The workers there have a stink attitude as well.

Extremely slow. They seem to only have two employees. The management needs to schedule better or hire more employees.

Food was decent as it shod be for a fast food restaurant. Downside was thT by the time I received my food it was already just warm. Placing my order took time as the cashier had her back turned and in a way seemed to be ignoring the guest. She after 3 minutes turned and began helping those whi needed to place orders and were incidents bc something was missed from their order. Finally I place my order at 12:27 from my receipt said, proceeded to sit down and after waiting decent 18 minutes went back to the counter and cashier asked what I was in need of. As I let her know about my order she proceeded to bag it after I had let her know I was waiting for it in the dine in area. She provided my food with no apologies for the wait or any excuse or reason. I understand that the atmosphere in the vicinity is not the best as their is plenty of homeless that walk into the dinning area. However for those patrons that decide to dine their during a limited lunch period it's unexcusable for restaurant employees to oversee that the patron has been waiting for their meal and not call out the # to pick up at the counter or take to the patrons table. The restaurant was not busy nor was the drive thru for the employees to not have been attentive to those guest who decided to visit and provide sales to their location. Strongly suggest retraining of employees or forfeit potential revenue for the business.
