The cupcakes were dry and the frosting tasted like the shortening-based frosting you get from grocery stores. We tried several flavors and did not enjoy them. If you enjoy grocery store cakes and cupcakes you will love these. If you do not enjoy that style, I would say these are not the cupcakes for you. The service was good.

I am a celiac and ordered the gluten free chocolate cupcakeâit was delicious. But, unfortunately it was NOT celiac safe. If you are celiac please do not consume their gluten free cupcakes unless they have been kept completely isolated from the other cupcakes. I do believe the gluten free cupcake was cross contaminated in the case because I called the store, spoke with a baker and the ingredients should have been safe for celiacs. Their hot chocolate is fantastic and so was my husbandâs cupcake. I did let the store know they should tell their customers that their gluten free cupcakes are not celiac safe if kept in the same case as the regular cupcakes.

We went to the Festival of Lights on Sunday night. Stopped in to get a treat after dinner. Ordered the German Chocolate, Carrot Cake and Caribbean Coconut Cupcakes. All were very dry!!!!!!!!! Not good Cupcakes :( Do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I came here in my bday yesterday and I got the Strawberry cupcake and my husband got the carrot cupcake and we were both very disappointed and it was a waste of our time and money because the quality just isn't there, the cupcakes were small, dry, and bland and there was way too much frosting on them! I did love the shop decor though especially for Christmas but I wouldn't eat here again and waste my money because the cupcakes aren't cheap either.

Adorable cupcake sweet treat spot with great customer service. Popped in after dinner and the lemon cupcake was just right. Best part was the service! Some cupcakes seemed to have TONS of frosting, but not every cupcake was the same. Will happily come back to try more treats.
Bought some macaroons to take home for later too.
Price per cupcake was very reasonable.

We were visiting the mueseum for an 8 year old girls birthday party and thought it would be great to walk down and get cupcakes for the girls... well, after 5+ minutes of waiting and never being helped. No one was around or came out to greet us... we look for a bell to ring and nothing... we finally walked next door to the candy store instead

I wish I could review the cupcakes, but unfortunately we walked in and nobody was around. A lady came out, didn't say hello or anything. She eventually said they only have vanilla soft serve. She took a phone call and we waited. I guess she didn't want our business, so we were tired of waiting and left.

We entered the establishment and noone was at the counter. We waited 5 minutes or so before I literally had to call someone out of the back. We ordered the brownie style cupcake along with ice cream infused. Instead we basically got a cupcake put on soft serve. The cupcake chocolate frosting was flavorless and didnât taste right. And soft serve is well soft serve. I would not recommend getting a cupcake from here. But the place was kept clean and the employee was nice.

If I could rate this place a zero I would I went in today got 2 red velvet and 1 carrot cupcake worse cupcakes ever Iâve been going here for years and the cupcakes were disappointing one of the red velvet were super salty and on both cupcakes the frosting were not even frosting it was white chocolate melt I think it supposed to be buttercream (tasted mixture of both) I donât think they clean there dishes after making something else I would not come here please donât waste your time! Each cupcake is about 5$ I even called to let them know and they just said âweâre really sorryâ so disappointed!
