Purchased four different flavors today 6/6/25 and was very disappointed. I purchased the flavor of the month, confettii, carrott cake and lemon and they were all dry. I felt they were from a couple of days ago. They were not fresh. I had not purchased in awhile for the same reason but thought I would give it another shot. I will not purchase from them again. So dissappointed with the quality. The only plus is they always provide friendly service.

Could not tell me the ingredients. The cupcakes looked beautiful but not knowing if we are allergic to an ingredient is not worth it.

The cupcakes (we had different) are DRY, tasted stale! Not worth the $5.00. And if you call a cupcake Milk Chocolate…I expect to have a chocolate cake! Since the cupcake should be main ingredient. I think all your flavors are vanilla, and what the frosting is, then you name it! Weird

I got the German Chocolate and the dark chocolate delight. The worst cupcakes I ever had in my life, the frosting on the dark chocolate was at least twice as big as the cake part and it actually fell off the cupcake when I opened my box because it was so big and heavy. The chocolate frosting was very bad on both cupcakes, tasted too sweet and like soap. Had to throw away both cupcakes after one bite because it was so nasty and it upset my stomach. The only redeeming thing about this place was the workers there, they are always nice and friendly when I've been here. Would not recommend going here.

While I appreciate that they have a vegan option, it is very dry. The icing was good, but the cupcake was hard to eat. Would love to see other flavors on the menu, like lemon, cookies and cream, berry...

I use to come here all the time when it opened. I stoped coming here and 5 years ago when I noticed the cupcakes weren’t tasting the same. Decided to give it another try. I tried 4 different cupcakes. All of them were dry, overcooked and lacking flavor. Even my kids threw it hated it. We all ended up throwing them away. I tried their iced latte and even that tasted watered down and lacking flavor.

I decided to get a half dozen after getting a sweets craving. It's been a few years since I've bought cupcakes and was pretty excited only to be thoroughly disappointed. The appearance of the cupcakes has vastly changed and visibly looks smaller and tinier cupcake crown than before. The bread was really dry and stale... And the price is pretty ridiculous at $4-5 per cupcake. You can see decline of home made cupcakes to corporate made for profit stale bread with super sweet frosting. Overall I would recommend you buy a box from the store and make your own cupcakes.

Pretty basic cupcakes, no originality on the frosting. The cake was moist, so that was a plus, but for $4.50 per cupcake, I will go elsewhere next time.

Walking and being in the christmas spirit seeing the lights always calls for a good sweet treat!! I came in with my family for the first time since we were walking by as soon as entering the door the two young ladies behind the counter start screaming to close the doors as people were starting the make at the door!! The girl couldn’t even say please and as i am buying my cupcakes the cashier had a very nasty attitude . I am sorry but if the workers cant handle the pressure of having a lot of customers then they shouldn’t be there!! I will not be going back very bad customer service and its so sad that everyone walking out the store were saying how rude their encounter was with those two girls such a nice place but very bad experience!!

I tried the milk cupcake and luscious lemon cupcake here. The lemon cupcake was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced in flavor! However, the milk cupcake felt a bit too sweet for my taste. That said, the shop itself is adorable and beautifully decorated. It’s a lovely place to visit for a sweet treat.

I was just here on 11/29/24. Every year my family comes here to buy cupcakes when we come to see the lights. Never have I had a bad experience here. They were sold out of all of their cupcakes they only had 2 flavors available it was the lemon and vanilla cupcakes. I asked the cashier what kind of cupcakes are left and the girl standing beside her said obviously these 2 here all of the shelves are empty. I was baffled. Then she starts boxing up my cupcakes and throwing them onto the counter. Clearly she was having a bad day and overwhelmed but that's no way to act you need to talk to your workers about better costumer service. It was unnecessarily rude and very impolite.

The frosting is delicious it's light and just absolutely scrumptious the Cake part is decent I noticed a comment from somebody about their ice cream cupcakes and I had to laugh because it's true if you want an ice cream cupcake you're probably not going to get it unless you order it way in advance they never have ice cream usually and the employees really don't like to make them the employees are okay but not really they look like they're just miserable there the store is cute cute they're macaroons are absolutely Divine however they are $3 and it's literally one bite so I'm not always living that large $3 a bite so with that being said it's not hateful they're good but you're going to pay it's just the atmosphere and where it's located
