I have bought all my cupcakes for special occasions at the Riverside location, but after my last 2 visits I have to say I won’t be going anymore. I bought 2 dozen a while back, got there when they opened and the cupcakes were not fresh. Today I bought a cupcake and it was not fresh, edges were hard. The cupcakes were always so beautiful and full. Selection is limited. Definitely scrimping on icing now and dry cake so disappointed.

The cupcakes are reasonable priced, fresh and delicious! The coffee combo is a steel. The box that holds the cupcake inside makes a great gift. There are seats outside but there are homeless residents who may approach you for money. They may even go inside the store to look for the next target to solicit money from occasionally. So be careful with your surroundings. I would give the store a five-star if they have a better way to detour the homeless residents from interrupting the patrons.
We have been going here off and on pretty much since they opened. But this last round of cupcakes they were horrible. Definitely will never go back. Cupcakes were dense and hard. Red velvet isn’t the same as it used to be. Chocolate cupcake was the same. Frosting was nasty the red velvet tasted like they took a thing a cream cheese and spreader it on here. Will never go back there.

I am sorry, but this is way overpriced for what you get. I didn't like the taste of them at all. She man handled them to the point where she broke off the sides of them and gave me a box that had frosting all over it. Slow down, take your time.

I have really been wanting to try this place for a while. The cupcakes are OK, but the staff weren’t helpful at all didn’t even greet but I came in. and when I was ready to order, they didn’t even ask me if I’m ready they just looked at me and continue doing what they were doing.
Does not open on time. Had one type of cupcake. Poor service.

Came here during Festival of Lights because I have been dying to try out the cupcakes and what a disappointment! We took the cupcakes to go and ate them at home when we got home and they were not good at all. The tallest cupcake (tree cupcake) was flipped upside down and smushed, the confetti cupcake was just OK but the vanilla one was just not good at all. I picked at that over the next day but ended up just tossing it. The confetti cupcakes out of the box are the way to go
I love this cupcake shop. I took my daughter to the Festival of Lights and we decided to pop into Casey's Cupcakes for Hot Chocolate and we couldn't resist ordering cupcakes. They are so beautifully made you almost want to frame them instead of eating them. They taste even better than they look. My daughter ordered a birthday confetti cupcake and I ordered the most delicious dark chocolate cupcake. The shop is reasonably priced and made our night a little extra special.

These cupcakes used to be good. Every time we were in town, I stopped to get one or two. We just went yesterday and I can't say I'll be back any time soon. The employees were rude and seemed annoyed that they had to deal with customers. Both cupcakes were put in the box UPSIDE DOWN. Completely upside down, the frosting was smashed and it was a mess. The cupcakes were dry and the frosting tasted old. I see several other recent reviews with similar experiences which is sad. And the hotel manager "responses" seem fake and disingenuous. Not sure what happened to this cute boutique bakery but it needs some serious help

Super cute store, employees were very kind. Cupcakes not too good they were too sweet and the bread was dry. The frosting was too sweet and they have so much you can’t eat them of how sweet it is kinda similar to those from any regular grocery store. They do have every cute cupcakes but it’s too over hyped. I wouldn’t pay 6 dollars for one of their cupcakes again. Nothing Bundt cakes is better and cheaper.

If I can give it 0 stars I would. Walking in was not welcoming at all. I felt very uncomfortable. The store felt very chaotic. Looked dirty, what happened to the class this place use to have?!? I asked for the flavor of the month and they showed me a cupcakes that resembled mashed potatoes and gravy. I thought it was a joke and it was presented on a dirty cupcake tier. To top it off they were missing a lot of flavors. The cupcakes taste dry icing was crispy like it's been sitting there for days. I have been a regular for years and I was excited to come back after they announced their "reopening" my expectations were so high because this place use to be amazing. My experience today was horrible I could of got better cupcakes from Walmart. It's a sore thumb attached to the beautiful mission inn. What happened to this place?? Such a disappointment...When it comes to the hygiene of the employees the cashier had his hair down in his face. And the baker came from the back with facial piercings and hair in sloppy buns. I work in food industry and know that this is unacceptable in the workplace. It's so sad to see this place go down and seeing the other reviews It's sad that nothing is being taken into consideration.
