Chick-fil-A on Day St. Catered our wedding reception, and the food was amazing! It stayed piping hot in the carrier packs. We needed someone to serve, and Francisco and Esmeralda did an exceptional job. They served chicken strips, diner rolls, wraps, mac and cheese, chocolate chip cookies, and salad. Their customer service was fantastic. When we tried to pay them for their services, they kindly refused, saying we should give the payment to the Bride and Groom. The reception was wonderful, and the delicious food and outstanding service made it even more special. This is a true reflection of how amazing both the company and its people are.

On a recent drive-thru order, I repeated my order multiple times only to arrive home and discover that my child’s kids’ meal and my soup were missing. I called the store and was met with a rude response—apparently, nothing could be done unless I drove back, which was impossible on my long journey from Arizona. Frustrated by the indifferent attitude of the staff, I filled out the survey on my receipt. A few days later, I received a call from the district manager. She genuinely seemed to care and assured me she would add the missing items to my app. Feeling hopeful, I decided to give Chick-fil-A another try. However, when the employee scanned my app during my next visit, she informed me that nothing had been credited. I explained the entire situation again, but she simply charged my card the full amount without any effort to resolve the issue. I was left embarrassed and disappointed—especially after being promised a solution by the district manager. This experience has truly shaken my trust in the brand.

Customer service was good, but not exceptional. Usually Chick Fil A has great customer service. This one was pretty average. I went through the drive through and ordered a grilled chicken wrap and an ice cream cone. My total was over $13 for those two items. The wrap seemed a lot smaller than usual and so did the ice cream cone. An okay experience. Nothing really wrong, but nothing really great. I think i felt a bit shorted because my wrap seemed smaller.

I have eaten here a few times breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I haven't ever had a meal I was dissatisfied with. The only issue is waiting, but that's common at a certain time for this location. It's mostly lunch, early breakfast hours, and sometimes evening dinner hours when I'd say they get crowded. If you don't mind the wait or have the time, it's not a terribly long wait if it is busy. Service is always pretty good if you need something or have a question someone's normally available to help. Oh, also try not to feel rushed at the sauces you got time get what you need.
I recently ordered the spicy grilled chicken sandwich with waffle fries a shake and the macaroni and cheese. Even tried the soup. And they WERE ALL BAD! The chicken sandwich was ice cold. The meat was not cooked. The waffle fries were cold and the mac & cheese tasted old. I got sick right after tasting the sandwich and had to go to the doctor. I was extremely sick for two days. This location is terrible! I cannot believe this is the kind of service. They are putting out while lying on TV that they are so efficient I won’t be ordering here again. I threw the sandwich away before taking a pic but look at the gross Mac n cheese. So disappointed.

I was at the drive thru a nice Yung man was helping take my order. another dude comes from behind, raising his voice telling the other employee, "You have to take your break now!!" And keyed repeating NOW ! NOW! RIGHT NOW! LOOKED AT ME WITH A SOUR FACE AND TURNED BACK AND SAID NOW one more time the the guy helping . I dint catch any of the names but I belive he had like a faded cross tattoo on the side of the neck! Really do you have to be that rude to your co-workers

Clean place. I had the original chicken sandwich with original sauce, waffle fries and a 6 pack of cookies. Service was good food was fresh and delicious. Cookies are big, soft and I couldn't stop eating them. This is a good place to get a quality chicken sandwich and I will be back.

This was an excellent experience. Staff were extremely friendly. I would like to add, the appearance of security was pleasant. Seeing so much homeless encampments is alarming. The tall security guard was friendly and attentive. I will definitely be back.
