Chick fil a is always great but my recent lunch trip to this chick fil a was like no other, it was splendid! From the delicious food ( perfectly crispy nuggets, and well salted french fries) to the fresh flowers on every table and of course amazing service. Shout out to Mr Cedric complimenting our outfits and bringing us ice cream and refilling our drinks. Moreno valley chick fil a was a pleasure indeed!

When they say “my pleasure,” they mean it — I half expected them to offer me a warm blanket and a bedtime story. I’ve been to plenty of Chick-fil-As, but this one? Next level. Nothing is fake here, from the flowers to the people. Never have I ever been in a fast-food restaurant and had someone come to my table to personally ask how they could make my visit more enjoyable. Cedric, the worker, is the GOAT. If Chick-fil-A had a Hall of Fame, he’d have his own wing… probably next to the waffle fry exhibit.

I love coming to Chick-fil-a for the great service and amazing customer service but I’m sad to say this chick-fil-a location fell short of my expectation. One employee named Elise gave my mother attitude with a look like she was bothering her and same to me when I asked for a refill on my lemonade!

I wanted to order breakfast but there was 10 minutes left for breakfast to end so I ordered it ahead of time on the chick fill a app so when I would’ve arrive the order would be ready but when I get there to try dinning in my order says I can’t check in so I go up to one of the members and she tells me my order got cancelled. I was really upset because I ordered it with time so when I would arrive it would be ready. I also spoke to the manager but she refused to make my order after I had already ordered and payed for it. I really didn’t like there service because if the manager was more aware of the situation she could’ve been more nicer to make us our order since we had already arrive from far away to pick it up!! Really bad service never have I gone to a chick fill a like this other managers would’ve still made our order.i if i could I would put 0 stars!!

The overall experience was worthy of a 5 star rating. Everyone who works at this Chick-fil-A is extremely nice and polite. It doesn't feel like a regular fast food place.

I recommend you try their lemonade with a scoop of their peach mixture, it was amazing. I don't remember the extra charge but it was less than .70 cents. I couldn't remember 40 or 70 cents, which either one is not bad. I also recommend you try to add honey and hot sauce to your sandwich, on top of the chicken - delicious!!!

First time visiting went on a Wednesday night around 6pm. The atmosphere on the outside is very lively. Lots of different stores and restaurants. This chic fil a French fries came out warm and we had to go several times to check our orders or pick them up ourselves. Overall a good experience.
