Hey guys. Big Chick-fil-A fans here, so this one hurt a little. We waited while our food was being made, but everything came out cold. Cold fries, cold sandwiches, and drinks that were basically iced water. Even the side of pickles was only two, and the requested mayo was missing.
Tried calling to report it, but we’re still waiting to talk to a manager… and we’re still waiting…

I wanted to try the pretzel sandwich from the add on TV, but it was not as good as I thought. The bread was literally cold as if it was taken out of the fridge and a little chewy. The rest of the sandwich was OK, and I did like the dijon mustard dressing (it looks like a combination of mayo with Dijon mustard so mustard is not overwhelming but a good combination to the chicken) It is not bad but the cold bread just ruined my expectations.

This is always my kids choice of restaurant. They love the delicious chicken here. They prefer the chick-fil-a sauce. The prices are perfect for a family of 6 in my book compared to others. They greeted me and took care of my wants and needs of my order. I order Thur drive thru so was a hot day but was in my car in AC. The restaurant was clean and smelled good. My order was very easily place with the help of the staff. Drive Thur was fast and convenient. The drinks were fresh and cold so lasted till I went home, especially being Hot 🔥. The French fries were crunchy but soft not too salty.🍟 The chicken seasoning on the chicken not to salty.

Lowered the quality of chicken and those their prices 40% Supposed to be this godly time place but God sure do charge a lot to eat here! And for food at a 2 of 10. EMPLOYEES WERE WONDERFUL, especially Patrick! He was very kind and helpful. Not his fault you are cheap and buy low quality food.
