Disappointing Experience at Chili’s

I was really disappointed with the service at this Chili’s location. We arrived and noticed that other guests were being seated right away, while we had to wait at least 10 minutes just to get our names on the list. It felt like we were being overlooked, and there was no clear communication from the staff. A little organization and better customer service would go a long way. I hope they improve their process because no one likes to feel ignored when trying to enjoy a meal.

Service was good but the food was not kind of cold

I came here on a date and the server took us to half of a booth with a massive spill on the floor. We didn't even end up getting seated at a booth (although there were multiple open). The tables by the bar where we were seated were sticky. Our server dropped our drinks off and didn't even glance at us. The food came out quickly, but the wings were so cold I couldn't even finish them. We paid and left as soon as we could so we wouldn't waste any more time or money there.

Terrible service at this location. Thru cash on the table and walked out after watching are drinks that were made at the bar while our ADHD waiter ran around in circles

It was great food not liking the citrus balsamic but the salad itself was good and the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks were amazing. Service was okay. They were just really busy and short-handed. Very nice people and I'd recommend

We stopped by last night to dine-in, I wasn’t too happy with the chicken crispers usually the tenders are a good size and this time they were so tiny there was more French fries but the tenders was more breading than chicken and the salad bowl was so small. For the first time we were disappointed. Maybe it was the time because it seemed they had just had a rush. But won’t be stoping by anytime soon! Our hamburgers though were great. I love my old timer and crispy chicken sandwiches!
