Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to dirty employees, not aware of procedures on how to even serve people or what to serve or the price for what was that the customer asked for but they want to make sure you don’t walk out with the beer they wanna make sure they card you for the beer And no one is tending to the lobby second preparer put a pint of sour cream on top of my food just absolutely the worst chipotle ever needs to be shut down if you ask me .

I come to this chipotle at least twice a week but everytime i come back i don't have a good experience this time is probably the last time as portions are getting smaller today i ordered double barbacoa and i got like 3 pieces and i said that's double she said yes I paid an extra $6 for a tiny tiny amount which is ridiculous i paid almost $20 and got like no meat idk if I'll be back to this location

I just received the worst service Riverside, Ca Tyler Ave. There is a line server rushing you through, not listening to one’s order. When making a correction to order, line server noticeably get angry. She creates an unpleasant experience.

Arrived at 1 pm, all food bin were almost empty, and O got the leftovers.
Food was luke warm.
Restaurant was very dirty with overflowing trash cans, and tables were dirty as well.
Planned to eat inside, but left with my poor meal.
Will not return to this location.

Came into your location on December 16 to order a chicken bowl. And hardshell tacos which your location was out of the hardshell tacos, so I went with the chicken bowl at the time you were out of lettuce your employee that was working. The counter was rude enough to ask me if I really wanted lettuce for my chicken bowl and then offered me the bottom scraps of what was left in the bowl at the counter. So I just only had rice and chicken and vegetable and then while checking out your checker, Ariana was very poor with customer service. I forgot to indicate that I wanted a bag of chips. She grabbed the chips and then proceeded to tell me. I will ring you up after I’m done helping the customer that’s after you. I let her know that I would be contacting your customer service line or try to speak to someone in the store because I just had a very bad experience overall at this location.

Just ordered 2 bowls to-go through uber delivery. One bowl did not meet the standards; It weighted significantly lighter than other bowl, small portions amount given. It was so disappointing was how little amount of rice and chicken was given to one of the bowls.
I spent 17 in my bowl to only get 4 pieces of chicken and no veggies no cheese.

have gone here for years. it has slowly gotten to where their ratio of beans meat and rice is lower than the ammount of sauces you get like queso guac n hotsauce, they dont have any intentions of asking to dobule wrap the burrito if it is too big they just laugh n rush you n try to just throw it in a bowl n get you out of line. this wouldnt be an issue if they would put more rice instead of just the tip of the spoon or if they would put slightly more beans but they have no intention of operating how they used to and give you as little of everything but what they charge you extra for and its really sad . 1/5 stars.
