I wanted cilantro on my burrito but it’s not and option on mobile app. So I call the store but you have to jump hoops before you get to a person but they’re not even at the store you called. I walk in and my order wasn’t done which was okay. I asked for cilantro on my food and I’m told the cilantro isn’t clean so I can’t get any. Pan over and see a full container of chopped cilantro. I will never come here again.

Got 2 honey chicken bowls and came to just under 30 dollars and not much in the bowl. Then something hard in my chicken and thank God didn't crack a tooth. The bowl looked nothing like the picture they show for sure. The reason my bowl looks like that is because I moved stuff around to look at it. That was before I even took a bite.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to dirty employees, not aware of procedures on how to even serve people or what to serve or the price for what was that the customer asked for but they want to make sure you don’t walk out with the beer they wanna make sure they card you for the beer And no one is tending to the lobby second preparer put a pint of sour cream on top of my food just absolutely the worst chipotle ever needs to be shut down if you ask me .

I come to this chipotle at least twice a week but everytime i come back i don't have a good experience this time is probably the last time as portions are getting smaller today i ordered double barbacoa and i got like 3 pieces and i said that's double she said yes I paid an extra $6 for a tiny tiny amount which is ridiculous i paid almost $20 and got like no meat idk if I'll be back to this location

I just received the worst service Riverside, Ca Tyler Ave. There is a line server rushing you through, not listening to one’s order. When making a correction to order, line server noticeably get angry. She creates an unpleasant experience.

Food was luke warm.
Restaurant was very dirty with overflowing trash cans, and tables were dirty as well.
Planned to eat inside, but left with my poor meal.
Will not return to this location.

Horrible service. The servers are in such a hurry to rush me to order, everything was moving so fast that I didn’t even have a second to look around and pick what I wanted on my bowl, so I ended up missing some things.
Very bad service and charged more and service is very poor I ordered tacos just rap by paper when open nothing inside And request manager said you already opened I wondered even charged $10 and more just two tacos provided me very badly nothing more inside so no trustable service

Came into your location on December 16 to order a chicken bowl. And hardshell tacos which your location was out of the hardshell tacos, so I went with the chicken bowl at the time you were out of lettuce your employee that was working. The counter was rude enough to ask me if I really wanted lettuce for my chicken bowl and then offered me the bottom scraps of what was left in the bowl at the counter. So I just only had rice and chicken and vegetable and then while checking out your checker, Ariana was very poor with customer service. I forgot to indicate that I wanted a bag of chips. She grabbed the chips and then proceeded to tell me. I will ring you up after I’m done helping the customer that’s after you. I let her know that I would be contacting your customer service line or try to speak to someone in the store because I just had a very bad experience overall at this location.
