I would give this place a zero if I had the option. Manager sucks there, and the second manager is so rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about you. The food sucks! And it’s so basic! Better options available. This place will make your stomach hurt and can cause a symptom. Chipotle has been linked to several foodborne illness outbreaks in the past, including E. coli and norovirus, which can cause stomach sickness. Symptoms can include: • Diarrhea • Vomiting • Abdominal pain • Fever Best to go to other places to be honest.

Ordered online. I wanted cilantro on my burrito but it’s not and option on mobile app. So I call the store but you have to jump hoops before you get to a person but they’re not even at the store you called. I walk in and my order wasn’t done which was okay. I asked for cilantro on my food and I’m told the cilantro isn’t clean so I can’t get any. Pan over and see a full container of chopped cilantro. I will never come here again.

Got 2 honey chicken bowls and came to just under 30 dollars and not much in the bowl. Then something hard in my chicken and thank God didn't crack a tooth. The bowl looked nothing like the picture they show for sure. The reason my bowl looks like that is because I moved stuff around to look at it. That was before I even took a bite.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to dirty employees, not aware of procedures on how to even serve people or what to serve or the price for what was that the customer asked for but they want to make sure you don’t walk out with the beer they wanna make sure they card you for the beer And no one is tending to the lobby second preparer put a pint of sour cream on top of my food just absolutely the worst chipotle ever needs to be shut down if you ask me .
Everything was good except the meat it has a lot of bones in it and chewy parts that just don’t make the food as good as it should. DONT

I come to this chipotle at least twice a week but everytime i come back i don't have a good experience this time is probably the last time as portions are getting smaller today i ordered double barbacoa and i got like 3 pieces and i said that's double she said yes I paid an extra $6 for a tiny tiny amount which is ridiculous i paid almost $20 and got like no meat idk if I'll be back to this location

I just received the worst service Riverside, Ca Tyler Ave. There is a line server rushing you through, not listening to one’s order. When making a correction to order, line server noticeably get angry. She creates an unpleasant experience.

Arrived at 1 pm, all food bin were almost empty, and O got the leftovers.
Food was luke warm.
Restaurant was very dirty with overflowing trash cans, and tables were dirty as well.
Planned to eat inside, but left with my poor meal.
