There are two Chipotle restaurants near my house, but I always drive a little further for this particular location. I don't have to worry about my online order pickup since they always make it right.

I went in at 10:26pm, and half of everything was gone, and ALL of the tasty beverages were out. Also, there was no chopped lettuce. I had to use my own lettuce from home.

· came to order their steak bowl for additional reward points on July 4th (about 200 extra)
· was exactly 13.00$ USD as of July 2025 with tax included
· no one eating inside since the tables had food scraps (many people seem to order to go here)
· i got extra rice + corn + cheese for no cost
· three delicious sauces (green + red + sour cream) on the side so it doesnt soggy the white rice
· meat was delicious but their rice were still clumped together
· other ingredients such as lettuce + fajita vegetables tasted fresh and filled to the top
tldr: would come again if they have more promotions available

Absolutely Disgusting! Beware of Food Poisoning
I bought my son dinner from this Chipotle location tonight, a simple bowl with beans, chicken, and avocado. Nothing fancy, nothing complicated. Within hours, he was violently vomiting every bit of it back up. Now he’s shivering with chills and feeling incredibly sick.
This isn’t just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. Something was clearly wrong with the food. Chipotle needs to immediately check the quality and safety of what they’re serving. No one should have to suffer like this from a meal. We trusted them, and they served us contaminated food. Never again.

They can’t even make an online order correctly. I ordered a bowl with chicken and steak for delivery and they completely forgot the steak. When I called to get a new burrito to be made correctly and delivered, the kid hung up on me.

Portions at least 1/3 smaller than they used to be. My wife's bowl was around half the size it usually is. The "large" chips were a joke. Bruised chunks in the guacamole.
Got shredded beef Quesadilla. The worker barely put any beef on the tortilla with cheese also their microwave oven was not working at the time and was asked to wait a few minutes so that it could come online and work properly. I told them no. Chipotle needs to do better with their portions and for some reason the meat really didn't have much flavor. I would definitely pass on Chipotle.

$13 for this? I placed an online order for two barbacoa bowls. The bowl wasn’t properly closed and created a mess! I usually go to the Chipotle on Vanburen & Meridian Pkwy because they never disappoint with their portions, but this one on Trautwein was closest to me today. Never will be going here again. Not for $13+. I should’ve read the reviews to this place before placing my order here.
I hate it when you place a order and someone screws up your order. Really is it that hard to do your job? It is not worth the gas to go back and have to deal with your screwup.
