Don't place the order online they will short you. I ordered 3 extra chicked burritos online and went in to order the same thing to compare them and noticed the online ordered burritos are pretty significantly smaller compared to the in-store orders.

I used to go to this location every day, worker was very friendly, they put good amount food, and food was so fresh.But this location is ruined since many worker got fired or quit and new worker came. Food taste so old (sometimes hard like uneatable)
most of worker have bad attitude, not friendly, they charge extra for side of sauce even it is free, cutlery is always missing. That's why I stoped going to this location. I really loved this location but I'm very sad it changed so much different to bad way.

I honestly pray establishments like this location get closed down. Since everyone there wants to be too miserable to work, get rid of the work, now they don't gotta work. Absolute trash. I was literally driving 30 minutes passed my local one for this exact reason, and now yall are the exact same. No one welcomes you in, you're greeted and served with an attitude, guy behind the counter was serving every scoop like he's salt bae, f'ng sprinkles of everything. Had me looking like a beggar trying to get a reasonable portion. Large bag of chips just as unseasoned as the workers there. No wonder why the tip canister is either empty or filled with trash and receipts. Back in my days this nonsense was not allowed. It's bs that I go to work and do my 14hr shifts 6 days a week with no complaints, and yall want to charge $15 a meal. That's about an hours worth of work for me. And I got 2 meals. 2 hours of my hard earned money for garbage. Fire whoever's in charge here and stop hiring fortnite playing boys/girls who are used to mommy and daddy doing everything for them. Just horrible man. Smh

I asked for corn in my quesadilla and she said she could put it on the side as if that’s something I’d want. You can’t put a few kernels of corn in a tortilla ??

She also asked me if I wanted sides and I said only the quesadilla then proceeded to charge me 15 bucks without making it clear that it’s I get charged for them even if I don’t want them.

After coming to that I asked for a couple sides which was basically a half scoop of dry brown rice and a wilted pico de gallo.

They also didn’t ask me if I was eating in or out and gave me a to go bag when I fully intended on sitting down.

TBH this was fair at best everything was cold, I got a salad with chicken and grilled veggies and it was like it came from the refrigerator. The salsa had way to much cumin and overpowered everything. Chipotle always has a very consistent meal but this is the second time the salsa was horrible. I love Chipotle for a healthy meal and I will continue eating there.

pretty bummed about this portion skimping. I asked for extra rice and don't even think I got the same amount you would get with a normal amount of rice. seems every time I come here and ask for extra rice the employees seem to be upset about it. Spent $13 for something that's maybe worth $5. I have spent thousands of dollars at chipotle in my lifetime. Honestly, if I added up all the money I have spent on chipotle, I would probably have a heart attack. I suppose I will be looking for a new lunch spot. Sorry Chipotle. I love your food but the skimping on portions seems to be continuing and im not getting my money's worth.

If I could put zero stars I would I been on the phone for 2 hours trying to see if they are hiring I was told from another location they are but been on the phone for 3 hours and the stupid automatic voice system wouldn't transfer me to the store amd kept on repeating everything it was saying the whole time will never try to work at a company that never picks up and rather have a robot do everything for them

Ordered 4 bowls today for pick up from the drive up- each one was so light. I never used to finish it in one sitting and today I did. I thought after their ceo made a statement about skimpy portions that today would have been better. More of the same. Large chips are always light as well. This is $73 worth of food.

Wonderful service and friendly staff, especially the Girl with the red hair, I didn't catch her name but she Wonderful and Javier the manager was also amazing!
