Church's Texas Chicken

They gave me bad chicken then did not help after I took the survey l. The service was horrible and when asked for manager she was very very rude and refused to help me and other ppl after get attitude for asking for help! They have bad service and people that work there from the manager that was a lady and two guys which I have videos of them help mexican ppl but not help the black there is something wrong and not right at this churches and horrible service I won’t be going back to this churches and its much better service else where. The worst fast food experience and employees i’ve encountered

I love churches chicken but no lie this location sucks. I was rushed when placing my order thru the drive thru. The chicken was hard and pink what a waste of $27.00. It's sad because this food chain is one of my favorite to go to chicken joints. I kept asking certain prices and deals and all I was getting was is that it getting rushed. Come on churches please do better. Hopefully there will be some changes soon or they will lose a loyal customer.

This location is horrible. I went through drive-thru, dude act like he couldn't hear nor understand what I ordered. He also rushed me while placing my order. When I pulled up to the window Ivan rolled his eyes and gave me my total which he kept repeating with an attitude. He was eating out the food basket in front of me. He kept looking back at me, being sneaky like he was tampering with my food or something. He gave me the smallest pieces of chicken and the okra had so much grease in the bag. I will not waste my money at this location again. Didn't say thank you for coming, nothing.... just attitude. Horrible customer service!

3/6/25 Tuesday March 6 I just had a terrible experience at this church’s. Before I ordered, in front of me, I saw an employee giving free food to someone who appeared homeless which wasn’t a problem. WHEN I was eating my food that same individual SCRATCHED the hood of my car. When I confronted them the person started cussing out about the manager claiming they thought it was “her” car. I come here often enough and I hadn’t seen this employee in weeks before this, it’s always been the same one. The same one not even sure if that’s the real name she gave me, “Mary, maria marie” Middle aged African American lady , she was all buddy buddy with this vandal
THIS WHOLE PLACE FEELS SHADY!!
The lack professionalism here is unacceptable. Never coming back this time. such an unsafe environment too much loitering
The manager should reconsider who they have as employees representing this business.

Great for pickup! A bit small for a sit down meal though. Also, the staff behind the counter may not all speak English fluently.

High recommended. Asked for cooked to order. It was yummy, but needed more seasoning. It was as if they didn't put all of seasoning in the batter.
This is our go to chicken place when we are in the area.

This place is horrible, the women that work in there seem so angry and did not smile once. I got my chicken and got home to a piece of chicken with a strand of white hair. Tried calling as live about 20 minutes away, and no one answers the phone. I will never order from this dirty place again!!!

The cashier was very helpful at helping me figure out the best deal to order for what I wanted. I checked the bag when my order was ready to make sure that my chicken and sides were correct forgot that I had ordered a pumpkin cheesecake pie as well. I just realized after I got home that it was missing. I have tried to call several times. It just says the extension is not available and I can't get a live person or leave a message. It's unreasonable for me to make a 30 minute drive back to this location to pick up the missing item that I was charged for. Is this on me for forgetting while I was checking the order or is it on them for not being able to contact them?
