Unbelievabl ,waited in drive-through 20 min, this location just gave up,they won't even bother with walk in they lock the door people walkin up to door on schedule open hours,place is a joke, owner obviously is out of touch ,tall wierd Die with black hair that things sees a lady. says Very inappropriate things to the ladies that are cooking. Absolutely ridiculous, Whatever this franchise is doing , they truly lost it.
The food was fresh and delicious. Although they were busy I received my order promptly and accurately. No mistakes or missing items. I had a very low expectations when I went there for the first time after reading some of the reviews. I was presently surprised. They did an awesome job. I'll take the 17 mile long drive again in the future.

They gave me soft soggy chicken, i went back in from the drive thru to ask for fresh pieces. She said “they were all fresh” so i asked for a different chicken wing becuhs the one they gave me was probably the oldest and smallest piece out of the bunch. The girl who took my order gave me TWO new wings. Beautiful right? WRONG. Those 2 pieces came from the back of the pile and were just as old if not worse and same in size as the one i was returning.
ATP i don’t believe in asking 3 times and i could sense her irritation. I just got my money back.
I work too hard for my money to spend it in this high economy to give it over to these fast food chains who have raised their prices tremendously and don’t even take pride in their food.
The workers all all Hispanic and while I’m slightly fluent they spend most of their time having inappropriate conversations and cursing up a storm becuhs they think ppl don’t understand them.
And if you do choose to support them i suggest you check ALL of your food before you leave.

2 only working. 1st registers , takes orders does the drive thru. 2nd does the preparing orders . It is rush hr! 1st guys getting orders confused. My order is a chicken sandwich I am not a kid. And I couldn't find the chicken!!! in my sandwich. No catsup and no coleslaw slaw. I ordered a zero coke. Ended with a large tea!!!! Gave them back the tea!😖😖😖

A few weeks ago, I went to this Church’s Texas Chicken® for the first time after downloading their app. I tried to use the promotion for a free 2-piece meal with a purchase, but when I arrived, I was completely ignored at the counter until I spoke up and asked for help.
When the manager finally acknowledged me, she told me I couldn’t use the offer because, according to her, I had been there “yesterday.” That wasn’t true—I explained that I only come to this area occasionally for appointments, and it’s a three-hour bus ride for me.
Unfortunately, the way she handled the situation felt discriminatory and dismissive. The staff appeared to make assumptions based on my race, and this wasn’t an isolated incident. I reached out to Church’s corporate office and even left comments on their Facebook page, but I never received a response or follow-up.
When I returned a couple of weeks later (since my bus stop is right there), I witnessed the same manager treating another Black family poorly. When I asked if any action had been taken, I was told flat out that they would “never get rid of her,” no matter what.
At this point, it’s not about the chicken—it’s about the principle. No customer should be treated unfairly or stereotyped. I truly hope Church’s Texas Chicken® addresses this behavior and takes proper action, because this kind of discrimination is unacceptable. Until then, I’ll be avoiding this location and warning others to do the same

The fried chicken is absolutely so fire! Every time I come here it's consistently 💣!!! The spicey batter w dark chicken is too legit. They have some older ladies working here and they are very sweet and helpful 😊. Highly recommend!!!

I visited Church’s Chicken for the first time and was treated in a completely unacceptable and racist manner. I attempted to redeem a free two-piece meal for downloading the app, and from the moment I walked in, I was blatantly ignored for 10–20 minutes. I had to demand attention just to place an order.
Once at the counter, I was told I could not use the coupon because “I had been here yesterday,” which was completely false. I visit this area only twice a week and had proof that I had not been there yesterday. Despite showing evidence, I was still denied service, treated as if I were lying, and given no explanation beyond a dismissive attitude.
When I asked for the staff member’s name to escalate this issue, she refused and gave me only a receipt. When I asked for corporate contact information, she ignored me entirely. Meanwhile, the restaurant was full of Spanish-speaking customers, and staff were speaking in Spanish to each other—but when I, a paying customer, tried to address an issue, I was completely ignored.
This behavior is blatantly discriminatory and unacceptable. Refusing service, ignoring, and disrespecting a customer in this way may violate Title II of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits discrimination in places of public accommodation based on race, color, religion, or national origin. This is not just poor customer service—it is potentially illegal discrimination.
I will be escalating this to corporate immediately and expect serious action. Church’s Chicken should ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of who they are or what language they speak. No one should experience the humiliation and disrespect I faced at this location.

Ordered ahead of time and even came 4 minutes after order was supposed to be ready and they told me to wait 10 more minutes for my food. It's now been 20 minutes after I was supposed to receive my food and they just tell me its gonna be 7 more minutes. Very unprofessional I ordered ahead of time to skip the long wait time. No sense of urgency with this staff.... Now been 30 minutes after I've ordered still no food but everyone comes and orders in the drive through and leaves right away this place would get a 0 star if possible.

Went in to get some food at the drive-thru and they asked if I wanted to try their new smoke house combo. I asked two simple questions: how was the flavor and can I make two separate orders. I wasn't being rude or anything and the lady straight up responds all rude and with an attitude. I just left at that point cause I'm not gonna put up with that rude and disrespectful behavior
