The mobile pickups do not include straws, even when people have requested to the employees to leave then on the cup. Considering the frequent traffic of customers at the shop, it is reasonable to suggest a straw cup to enhance customer convenience and minimize the workload for both customers and employees. The absence of straws appears to be inconsistent with the establishment's objective of providing a seamless and efficient experience for customers.

Staff and service terrible. Horrible customer service from the baristas, they don't really care about how the customer enjoys the drink they just care about making the orders fast. Yet at the same time always seem to be backed up. Disappointing to see not many people care about how they treat their customers. I went in asking for a hot coffee with cream cap. I've always gotten it done here and it's been great, because you get cold & sweet at the top and extremely hot and the bottom. Today when I asked for the same it tasted like foamy milk all around and it was cold. Asked them to make it a second time possibly extra hot and it was much colder than the first time. Overall took 30 minutes to service me while I'm rushing to my classes. Disappointed maybe the staff wasn't having a good day; but hopefully it could change I enjoy this coffee spot just not this experience.

The coffee here tastes fresh and delicious! Today's order is: Reg. Size Vietnamese Cold Brew. The staff here are also friendly. Now moving into interior, it is a nice place to relax. Personally recommend !

This location is worth driving to, eventhough it's on an university campus. Have coupons? Use them all in one transaction, if you would like. A little cramped inside, but plenty of room outside.

I love coming here to grab a quick brewed coffee on the run. They are always on point with my coffee, but unfortunately today my coffee tasted sour. Of course we all make mistakes, and I understand if they mess up my drink because of the amount of orders they have. So I went up to the register, and asked them if I could get a remake nicely. The barista grabbed my drink without saying a word, and remade my drink while she was talking to her co-worker who was rolling her eyes. I felt upset because I come here almost everyday, and I never experienced anything like this before here. I worked at Starbucks before, and I have to say, every time one of my customers told me their drinks tasted off, I would gladly fix it for them. Why be such in a bad mood when doing your job, and being asked nicely? I don't get it. Treat others the way you want to be treated, God loves you.

I’ve had a couple of minimal issues with this location before, but nothing to trip about, though today a young employee openly mocked me after I grabbed my mobile order because she didn’t understand what my special instruction meant. I wasn’t going to bore her with a specific explanation, so after I gave a basic answer and she looked confused, I just said nevermind, only to hear her loudly mocking me to a coworker before I had even left the store. I’m not going to post her name here, especially because she surely didn’t intend for me to hear, but I did and it definitely made me uncomfortable??‍♂️

The employees need to be more organized. They didn’t make my drink. After a while I asked them and they said they didn’t have my order. They even wanted to charge me again for a croissant that I had already in my hands and took it from me. Even after I showed them my recipe they kept looking on the computer for my order like if I was lying. Specially the guy that came to try to fix the problem really made me feel like I was trying to steal or something. They gave me the items after a while all cold already.

I'm struggling right now to even give them the 3 star. As far as drinks, they're always spot on. I got here, there was no one inside ordered, and no cars in the drive thru. I drove on up. Placed my order, a drink and a sandwich. Pull up to the window....and now I'm sitting...looking thru the drive up window, watching the 4 girls walking back and forth...here I sit...anyone see me..I'm not hard to miss, really easy to acknowledge...right here..guy with money, who just ordered...still waiting... unacknowledged at the drive up window....10 mins later BTW...still making that drink. Hey, now we see me, take my money...and leave the window open so I can be part of the cookie discussion. Cookies are really yummy..of course my breakfast would be better..heck so would my coffee....now we're at 15 mins..and there are 5 cars behind me in the drive thru. Little less talky talky, more making the coffees and foods. And no name on the receipt, so I can't contact anyone at CBTL.

I came in here 11/20/2022 10:00 AM to study and have some coffee this morning. I walked in with a $600 electric scooter. The manager sped out of the back to meet me at the table I was setting my stuff down beside. She blurted out " You can't have that scooter in here." I replied, "why not?" She said it is a safety hazard. I folded it and said I can stow it under my table that it's as dangerous as a chair. She said no its against company policy to have scooters and bikes in here and then dashed to the back of the store. I stood there dumbfounded. I came here to study for a while and have some coffee, this manager was unprofessional and curt. I requested from an employee to have the manager come back out so I can speak with her. She asked what it was regarding. I told the employee and she looked at the scooter stowed away and said, " I don't see anything wrong with it." I said let me talk to your manager though, she came out again and I told her, this is an expensive scooter, I don't feel comfortable leaving it outside to get stolen. Side note: this area is filled with homeless people wandering around, it is not safe to leave your stuff unattended. She again was very curt but ended up agreeing to let me keep it in a separate area of the store, where it would be safe and nobody would take it. This area of the store had tables with chairs stacked on top of them near the front door.. I placed it there and then had to ask for the manager again, inquiring if it was okay to set the chair down so I can sit there with my scooter. She stated "no that area is closed off" and told me nobody will mess with it there. The entire encounter felt like harassment. It may be my imagination, but it is still mention worthy that this is a white lady in charge speaking to a brown skinned male customer. I must include that meanwhile there's a homeless man with a huge military sized duffel bag set on top of a stroller in the store. The homeless man is sitting there, unharassed. Get your manager, she acting up for no reason.

Disgusting! "Less ice" lattes have at least half a cup of ice in them. Maybe the waiter didn't hear that. Okay, I don't care. But I drank a hair out of this cup! I didn't even eat dinner. I downloaded yelp specifically to give this store a bad review

I am just going to say real fast I love coffee bean, I been to this location a dozen times. But today, Oct 8 was the worst service ever. It took them 8 minutes to take my order and there wasn't even a long line. I didn't get upset, I just waited patiently. I did my work online until closing. And 10 minutes before (so at 8:50pm) the lady behind the counter yelled so loud in the place that they were closing and at 8:52 she turned off the lights. That is so RUDE! In the past they usually come up individually to tell us they are closing soon and dim the lights, key word is DIM! I called her out for her behavior bc I have worked in customer service for years I know this is unheard of. I sadly didn't get her name but the next time I won't be shy to complain to high ups. I noticed she might have been training a new hire, which surprised me given her poor customer behavior and work ethic. Really hope this doesn't happen again in the near future or I will just have to take my business somewhere else. Also, if this business closes at 9pm, you really should change the times online bc it still says 10pm closing. That's not efficient at all.
