I ordered the LA hotdog and it was great. It came with onion rings. I was confused at first on where to pick up my order because I ordered online but when I went to pick it up, there are no signs on where to pick up. Luckily, the person manning the front door was very helpful. They were able to bring the food to me because I had my dog with me and they don’t allow dogs inside.

(For Cheese Witch) This isn't your mom's kraft singles grilled cheese. It's on trend with new twists on comfort food. It's take-out only so it might be hard to miss - it's right across from Food Lab, you can see the order window (it has giant menus) from the outdoor patio. I got the demon chicken with a side of tots. The bread was buttery and toasty and my janky pic doesn't do it justice but the cheese was super gooey, which is the whole point of a solid grilled cheese! It's not spicy like if you bit into a pepper but the same way buffalo wings are "spicy." Overall, it's a unique concept, cute menu, good food, and variety!

Highly dissatisfied! Went for dinner and ordered the LA Street Dog and the hot dog, toppings, and bun were tasty, but they drizzled way to much ketchup and mustard on the top so it drowned out the flavors of all the other toppings. The fries that I ordered with my hot dog were soggy (which my toddler loved) and got cold really quick. Note: There was no line and they were not busy at all. The two stars are for the business model (great concept and idea) and the packaging. Although the sides to each item were placed in the wrong box, and they forgot the side of BBQ sauce that we asked for twice, everything was neatly organized and labeled which made it easy to know who's item was who's. My husband ordered the veggie sandwich (recommended by the cashier) and hated it. It tasted like raw onions and bread. There was no flavor. His exact reaction after eating it, "I want to throw up the food and get something else. These are wasted calories eaten. I cannot allow this taste to stand in my mouth." If you like basic, cold, and unflavored food then you'll probably like this place. I would not recommend it and I will not be back anytime soon to give it another try.

This location has a window outside Food Labs, outside seating, going towards the parking garage, It might be easy to miss. We ordered the LA Street Dog and the Demon chicken. The Street Dog was good in flavor and really messy, the side onion rings were also tasty. The Demon Chicken was tasty. I was not too excited about the chicken being shredded. It contains blue cheese as well which gave it a slight chalky texture. The tater tots were tasty just a little over salted.
