Update: Still great as ever…oops, spoke too soon. I had to downgrade this time because they have become very skimpy on the toppings. Ordering the Berry, Berry, Berry Good, the toppings couldn’t even get the white ice cream to change colors.

Old from 3-years ago: This ice cream place is a classic. My kids grew up on their ice cream every Sunday afternoon. My how time flies.

The place was very clean, the cashier was very courteous, fast and efficient. I would definitely visit again.

So I went in at around 650 pm feb. 22 and while we were ordering I had ask if there hiring i said because my son was looking for a job ( son has autism and was with me and heard everything ) and the girl told us well the owner don’t hire boys only girls. I was so mad and to top it off my older son and youngest was right there. I wish I could speak to owner or manager about this.

The lady that wears the scarf over her head is so rude and this isn't the first time! The other girl was making my ice cream and added the banana but literally put like an inch, so I asked her to add more and she was but then the lady asked her what size did I order and she reprimanded her in front of customers. Then my son ordered a smoothie and I guess she was adding too much of something and she was getting scolded in front of customers by this lady again and the girl was embarrassed! Bad customer service! Someone needs to reprimand this lady to see how she likes it!

As much as I love this place I ordered a large ice cream an I choked on a magnet. They put a whole magnet in my ice cream.

Rude worker named Dina tried to tell me I had to buy certain ice cream with the coupon I had. I go there everytime I get the bogo coupon and never had a problem, but today this Dina was very rude and even yelled at my daughter to pass her back the ice cream and told me she wouldn't give me a number or email to corporate.

Ice cream is delicious. They offer vegan ice cream. The cup-style waffle cone was good but the cone-style waffle cones were stale.

Waddled my pregnant self into this location and was NEVER offered any service. The 2 girls working behind the counter stared at me, giggled and had a full blown conversation between the 2 of themselves and never once offered to take my order. They weren’t busy or tending to other matters. I was the only person in the shop. Highly disappointing. Would give zero if I could

I heard one of the worst experiences i've had in this location. To start off my attendant(the older hispanic one) had her headphones on which prompted me to have to repeat my order multiple times, After she cut me off while trying to explain my order. After she completed my order which was a ''everybody's 48 ounce she refused to give me cups for my family of 3 to eat in even though i've been coming to this location for years. I don't think i'm ever going back there until this issue is taken care of.

Ice cream is always great. However this is the 3rd time in about a month. That my family and I have come to enjoy some at about an hour before closing and you guys are either closed. Or your employees are saying the dinning room is closed. Tonight was Sunday 9/25/22. Your hours say open till 9pm. We get there and that time is clearly posted on the window. But immediately after we walk in. 1 of your 3 employees there started putting the chairs up on top of the tables. My wife asked , we can still dine here right? And one of the young ladies says , no sorry. The dinning room is closed because we close in an hour. Excuse me? You have 3 employees and an hour left. You have plenty of time and help. This is the second time. The other we were enjoying ice cream and at about 25 mins to closing they told us , ok dinning room is closing. We have to lock up. Sorry you have to leave. And they locked up at 8:30 You need to keep better tabs on you young employees that just try to close early all the time. Very unprofessional and they project a poor picture of your business. This photo is at 8:06p. , notice the main lights are turned off and all chairs are put up. And the male employee walked up and took down the posted hours sign. Not good customer service at all. If you've been losing business, especially at night. There ya go.
