Ordered a cake here in August, came to pick it up and it wasn’t made. They offered to give me another cake in a large size instead. I thought this mistake would be a one-time thing. Fast forward to December 2024, I ordered a very customized cake 3 days in advance. Came in to pick it up and once again… it was not made. Was offered one of their premade cakes but declined because what I ordered was a customized birthday cake. Will not be coming back since they don’t actually make the cakes you order online in advance anyway so there’s no point. I’ll stick to Baskin-Robbins.

I ordered two everybody’s triple pint spent $60 paid extra for add ons and they still messed it up. There aren’t any mix in’s and I made the mistake of using Uber eats and forgot to change the location to the one on iris( that one is amazing). I paid extra for Twix. I did double Heath bar double chocolate chips, double sprinkles there is literally nothing in the ice cream. It’s so disappointing and then when you call and complain, they do nothing about it or they say that it’s in the bottom of the ice cream which I did try to mix it myself there is nothing in there and if that was the case, then there employees need to learn how to mix the ice cream .It’s a waste of money and big mistake getting it from this location. I suggest any other location, but this one.

I had an amazing time here. The ice cream was very good and mixins were amazing. The employees were super attentive and they asked us what we wanted without us having to say anything. We will definitely be back soon!

The ice cream is amazing. I was recently in a car accident and my sister wanted to bring me something to make me feel better. She brought me the most amazing cup of cookies and cream. This location is extremely nice every time I visit my order is always fulfilling. I never have an issue here I highly recommend this location over any location I've been to it's a must try a must visit and a must review

Nice staff and great signature ice creams

Went here Friday 6/9 around 5-6 pm. The girl did not know how to mix the ice cream mix ins, had attitude when we asked her to mix it more and this is the coffee lovers ice cream I payed $22 for. There's literally no mix ins.This cold stone is close to my house but I'd rather drive to the one 20 minutes away bc they at least know how to make the ice cream correctly. The employee definitely needs more training.

There was 2 girls working when we came in. It was 9:20 there was at least 6 customers In front of us. No greeting no, “we will be right within you” Andrea was the only one helping customers. The other girl was too busy trying to close for the night. I understand that it’s Sunday and that everyone wants to go home. I felt like I was an inconvenience to your business. Do better
