I can’t accurately give this place a review on taste because I don’t know what’s what. I ordered two white mocha drinks for delivery one is decaf with oat milk for my cousin that is both lactose intolerant and sensitive to caffeine. However there is no indication on which is which and even when tasting them it’s hard to tell as sometimes decaf has a stronger coffee taste. Now my only option is to drink both to get the caffeine I need for the day while my cousin can’t drink either

Hello I purchased a gift card from this location for my mother's birthday for 50 dollars on September 09th 2025. I don't have the receipt anymore but I do have a bank statement from the purchase. For $75.08 for the giftcard and the funky monkey drink I ordered that day.
My mom used the card for the first time today and there were no funds loaded onto the card at all. I know nothing can be done about it now because its been so long and I no longer have the receipt but I thought your shop in Riverside should be mindful on the way you load giftcards. 50 dollars is a lot of money. I won't be coming here again.

The girl taking our order did not say one word to us & when my fiancé asked a question she would just point to things instead of speaking. At that point i did not want to eat at a place that was not welcoming. Horrible customer service.

I waited 22 min (there was no line) for this coffee that kinda tastes like soap and they didn't even fill it to the top. I was in a rush so I didn't have the patience to say something.

I love their dirty Chai + 1 shot 😆. Their bagel and pastry selections are also pretty good. The barristas are always friendly and the space is industrial-cozy! A go-to for me and my co-workers.
