Hello I purchased a gift card from this location for my mother's birthday for 50 dollars on September 09th 2025. I don't have the receipt anymore but I do have a bank statement from the purchase. For $75.08 for the giftcard and the funky monkey drink I ordered that day.
My mom used the card for the first time today and there were no funds loaded onto the card at all. I know nothing can be done about it now because its been so long and I no longer have the receipt but I thought your shop in Riverside should be mindful on the way you load giftcards. 50 dollars is a lot of money. I won't be coming here again.

We were very excited to have some good coffee & food at this place but as soon as we walked in we felt uncomfortable. The girl taking our order did not say one word to us & when my fiancé asked a question she would just point to things instead of speaking. At that point i did not want to eat at a place that was not welcoming. Horrible customer service.

I love their dirty Chai + 1 shot 😆. Their bagel and pastry selections are also pretty good. The barristas are always friendly and the space is industrial-cozy! A go-to for me and my co-workers.
Great coffee!! I would look at the online menu for some items that may not be on the in store menu. Tried the raspberry white mocha and it was good! They have their own coffee grounds also.

Mid to good coffee. Didn’t like the vibe here tho maybe just an off experience the last few times. Chairs are cool music is decent. Gives off mid range coffee shop vibes. A little pricey tho 6 bucks plus for a latte. Wouldn’t go out of my way to come here
