I am thankful and grateful for the Manager and Staff at this Dairy Queen location on Magnolia Ave. Last night's visit was once again very pleasant !! They have a sweet wonderful demeanor. I am impressed !! They smile often and have outstanding customer service. May God bless each and every one of these DQ employees hearts and minds. They are serving and honoring our Riverside community in more ways than the eye can see. I scream THANK YOU VERY MUCH !! :)

Ordered 3 banana splits and a small blizzard cup of plain icecream.... they gave me a small cone when i tried to get back to the window , they were not busy, literaly just took 2 steps back wondering if i accidentaly got someone elses order. Took the 2 steps back to the window and i said i ordered a smalll cup of icecream not a cone the girl just gave me a blizzard cup but the cone literaaly didnt even fill half the cup. Left cuz she just closed the window.

I’ve been ordering here for years and all the sudden I can’t get my drink NOT BLENDED, one less step you have to take, no extra product needed just would like the drink I get not blended even tho you ask how we want it or any substitutions via app. One of the lovely managers Called me before to tell me I have to have it blended like why who does it hurt? Not to mention you forgot one of my drinks today I will take my business elsewhere

This is the Riverside hot spot on a warm summer night. Went to enjoy some ice cream and got spoiled cream instead of ice cream. I had to brush my teeth to get the taste out of my mouth. I think I’m done with this place. Hope I don’t get sick

i ordered the brownie batter blizzard and found a peanut inside, even though it’s not supposed to have any. i have a severe peanut allergy and ended up having a serious allergic reaction. this was extremely dangerous and unacceptable. please be more careful with cross-contamination and ingredient handling — mistakes like this can put lives at risk. it was yummy though
