My friend and I went to get food about 11:00pm. We ordered 8 burritos and a taco. We only got down the block when my friend started eating his burrito. When he yelled and pulled a screw out of his mouth. He immediately turned around. Upon returning the kitchen worker was walking out the front door and tells us there closed. This is a 24hr Dell taco. Why would they be closing? We quickly let him know and showed him the screw. He couldn’t believe it and said he was going to call his boss. The cashier who helped us didn’t come out to talk to us. He got in the phone w his boss and then returned back outside to tell us , his boss wanted to know what we wanted to do about this. He said hes had no idea where it came from. I asked him if he had any idea where it came from? He said no not at all. I asked him should we be worried about the rest of the food. I quickly felt and squeezed all the burritos for anymore screws. He stated that there was work done back there today and possibly that’s were the screw came from and what did we want to do? My friend said he was going to dentist tomorrow , he had bit the screw pretty hard. For starters his money back would be great! We were starving even scared to eat the rest of the food. Then the manager said he wouldn’t give us our money back unless we returned the food. We were pissed and left. We left messages for the corporate office you call us back. That manager handled things so unprofessional, he was trying to close up and take off for the night.

Couldn't get any of my order right didn't even give me my full order didn't find out till I got home. All I asked for was a american box and funnel fries and that was too difficult. Please don't hire stupid people to work with food

Today I had the epic burrito in my day we called it the macho combo it was absolutely amazing thank you to the girls and back making my order the guy that helped me out was totally cool keep it up definitely a five star experience

Why I don’t know exactly why some Del tacos are better than other Del tacos I Del taco all the time. No shame in my game but this one is one of the good ones and it had 3.8 stars that’s out of control. That’s not right.
I’ll tell you right now this one’s good the one over off of clay is good. The one on 14th St. near downtown Riverside is garbage that’s never good. The one off of Van Buren over by the drive-in movie theater that one’s bomb too. And the one on Central that one is also a good one near the Central Plaza.
You know, unfortunately there are good and bad Del tacos, but fortunately this is one of the good ones. Enjoy your meal.

Not even greeted when entering this place. Food is good, except for their fries...quality is inconsistent. Improvent needed asap. 1-24-25 update. Now Customers are forced using kiosks to place an order. DT you are going to lose business this way and you lost mine.

Very small portions on the beef burrito definitely felt cheated out of $12
Had a bad # 3 cause of undercooked rice but Ishmael (i believe was his name) quickly fixed by allowing me to trade in the bad burrito for 2 good less expensive burritos and threw in some fries... good service imo..
