1/23/26 at 11:37 am when I went through the drive through n pull up to the window after ordering. They open the window told me the amount due then immediately close the window. When u I tried to talk she gestured the number 1. When she opened the window I tried to talk she gave me my receipt n closed the window. I said excuse me, she ignored me. Then she opens the window to give me a bag n I tried to talk, she closed the window. When she opened the window to give me my second bag I explained that I was just trying to talk n ask her a question. She rudely replied i’m busy I’m multitasking and I am with a customer taking a order. I replied, but i’m at the window. She said you have to wait, n closed the window again. When she opened the window I was attempting to ask for a specific hot sauce since they have a few different options n they rarely give you what you ask for. She started rudely talking over me, I felt like she was going to tell me off so I said have a nice day n drove off. I stopped in the parking area and immediately called the store. The phone just rang n rang, no answer. Al little common courtesy would be great. Maybe a hello how are you doing today, or a thanks for stopping by, ir something outside of extremely poor customer service. It’s kind of upsetting n belittling to be treated like this. Between 10am-12pm it’s always the same 2 rude female workers working the drive through. This isn’t how customers should be treated. I’m sure i’m not the only person that experiences this when visiting this location.

There ATM never works in the morning it's always cash only before 4:00 and they don't know why and I don't know why. If they don't block off the drive-thru Most places if their ATM is down they give you your food for free to a degree. They have no one working the registers and it's one of those do-it-yourself menus. Doesn't even give you the options if you wanted extra of some items. Those kiosks make it take way longer. If I could give it zero Stars I would customer service is terrible. Email Del Taco and went on their website Got no response DEL TACO Confirmation -31130948

Just wanted to let you guys know, you have the best service since you guys opened this location. Food is on point, the service from the window to management has been phenomenal! Never disappoints and I always think of this spot if I ever crave del taco. Thank you guys for your awesome service. Hope it never changes!

I bought their special 67 cent snack tacos without lettuce. Definitely a lot less meat and cheese from their Tuesday Taco Night special. Disappointed that the amount of meat and cheese didn't match their weekly special.

I don't like my food to be served too me like I'm in 1 st grade and about time I go to eat my food its really cold and stale and they don't even offer you a bag .( Its too go ) So shouldnt they're be bags involved. Too go means (BAG) or yeah let's not for get how del taco used be real cheap back in the days that was a budget deal meal . Now its like every where else u got to spend 20 something for 2 people
I'm not too sure of the name of the drive thru employee who seems to work 7 nights a week but I can tell you that I feel appreciated as a human being whenever they or anyone serves me and my family. Really nice personable people here. My orders have been spot on as far as I can remember. I do recommend this store as a stand out establishment. Thanks

Just came through at 3am. The drive thru worker sounded happy to tell me they were only accepting cash. I said that was fine and his attitude shifted real fast. Sounded annoyed with everything I ordered. Didn't scan my coupon, maybe that was down with the debit card reader, idk.
