The cashier was either deliverate or uses to being very stingy. I asked for extra sauces for two burritos I ordered, and she gave me one more and it was very obvious she didn't like it.

After waiting in line for over 40 minutes I received fries that were cold and tasted old also! After 40 minutes of waiting you'd at least expect to get fresh food. So disappointed!!

I ordered food about 20 minutes ago through the drive thru which had several homeless people standing around and 2 asked for change while i was in my car but thats besides the point that I was literally ripped off with almost half of my food. Ordered the quesadilla combo and didn't get the quesadilla, the soda is got had almost no syrup in it and tasted like club soda. I just threw the fries away and said forget it. So basically Del taco just took my money and I didn't get anything out of it. One of the worst fast food experiences I've had and I won't be coming to this del taco ever again.

I know that having an automated screen to order food is supposed to make it more easy but it does not. The human help is greatly missed. The screen is confusing. We had coupons and it was difficult to figure out how to use them.

The ladies here were very patient with us and didnt rush us at all. We had a lot of coupons to use and had to do multiple transactions and they handled it quickly and kindly. They weren't annoyed at all and in fact encouraged us to feel free to use as many as we wanted.

I walked in and nobody greeted nobody says hello, I'm very cold coming here. When you place an order, you're pretty much confronted by a screen. You try to ask for help but nobody hears you because they're wearing headsets. Even though the waiting room or the dining room is empty. It's still pretty dirty on the floor I feel jealous for the drive through because they actually get to speak to a human compared to now. We have to look at a screen and when I place my order. I place it for dine in and I still get a bag like. get out of here. It's really sad. Another no. a no loitering sign thirty minutes seating with limit with purchase. It's not very welcoming.

As you know, Del Taco is one of the great all time. Dual grill, fast food restaurants. Everything is good. The fries are great burritos. Tacos, Casa Diaz, this is everything is super good. Always got cool new shit on the menu and always worth the price. My kids love it when I bring it home. And the breakfast burritos are great also.
