I’m rating this Del taco against other Del tacos it’s obviously not trying to compete with a fine dining experience but against other Del tacos I’d say this is like a 4.7 pretty close to the top. The Del taco on Central is really good too, and the Del taco on clay is also good.
I picked up some breakfast rollers with bacon and It was a nice start to my day

They literally put barely any meat or cheese in most the tacos. Please avoid you will be frustrated. Been coming here for years I live across the street and I drive to a location 6 miles away because how bad they skim there customers . MAJOR AVOID
This Del Taco has the nicest staff. I don't know what it is but they are exceptionally friendly and have the most amazing customer service. It stands out!
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I had to put my order in through my phone cause their machine wasn't working. Turns out that's not the only thing not working. Cause I waited 18 minutes for 2 tacos and a burger... Because at 20 minutes, I asked for my money back and left.
Sarah, the shift manager was apologizing because it was taking so long because it was just 2 people, but she served 8... 8 drive through orders in the time I waited for my food.
I wasn't alone. There was one dude just trying to pick up a door dash order. 15 minutes and they still got it wrong.
While all of these issues may just be something from the shift, the restaurant was dirty. Like dirty with wear.
So? Like I said. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid.

Extremely stingy on hot sauce! The worst Del Taco around with how rude the one lady that is always there is. She’s always rushing you and fights you over 10 packets of sauce for $20 worth of food.

Jenny and Maria terrible worker
I came in with a mobile order and i was waiting on my order i needed to use the restroom( wash my hands to eat), i went to the counter to ask to use the restroom i saw the 2 ladies and they were talking so i decided I'd wait until they got done TALKING!! ( mind you they are the only 2 people in the front by the register at the time). They looked me right in my face and walked right by me. I had to ask the man in the back cooking if he could open the bathroom door for me. Being a black person and just being ignored is crazy do better because you guys a Horrible.
The burrito was mostly beans, seemed like the over filled with beans and less chicken and hardly any guacamole.

Standstill at the drive thru. This is absolutely ridiculous. 15 minutes before I can order and now stuck probably another 15 because there are 4 cars in front of me. No way to get out the line either. They should be giving the food away for free for making everyone wait so long. In N Out has 5x the line and you're out in 10 minutes.

Literally bad. Asked for no sour cream on my chili cheese fries and they put a huge amount on them. AND no lettuce on my chicken soft taco. Not to mention we waited in the drive through line for 10+ mins and we were the only car there.

Recently went through the Drive-thru for 2 orders of their Thursday Night Chicken Soft Taco special, after paying for my order the cashier asked what type of sauce and I said green sauce. Cashier then said it's extra and charged me 56 cents for a little container with enough sauce for maybe 2 Tacos. They use to give it for free. However what really pissed me off is the cashier then has the audacity to ask me to pull my car around to the front to wait for my order so their timer doesn't go over. Their customer service is badly lacking and more importantly, their prices have gone up while their food quality has gone down. They just lost a long time customer...

So last time I came they messed up my order, no biggy I called in and the manager said he wrote my name and order in the book … I came today to get my order and the lady had an attitude then says my name wasn’t in the book. So I just said forget it and paid for my order and I asked her when would the manager be in so I can call because I was upset, I had to ask 5 times. Then she doesn’t give me receipt. So I told her I would like my receipt for when I call in. SHE PUT IN MY ORDER WRONG ? so here I am again with another messed up order.

Probably a good idea to make sure the consomé lid is on all the way before you bag the food and pass it out.
