Went around 1030 ordered food and everything was old and not put together well. Fries were dark brown and not fresh. Business is hard in this area don't expect to keep going with this type of quality.

To be clear. The employees here are actually really nice. I've been coming to this del taco since I was a kid. However I'm review bombing this place because the new self order Kiosks are terrible. They don't have the full menu ( like the spicy chicken burrito wasn't an option), can't read my coupons, freeze up and are just slow in general. They either need a motor overhaul or need to be removed. I will rate this del taco quite well if it wasn't for this.

This has been my closest location for over 8 years but today will be my last visit here. I was here today attempting to place a cash order and was refused service and pointed towards the kiosk for placing my order. I don't feel anyone needs to justify why they prefer to place their order with a cashier, but even then Not once was I asked if there might be a disability or other reason for my order to be taken in person. Very disappointed I will no longer be coming here!

Hands down worst Del Taco ever. Between the cold fries and the chicken burritos that they never make right to the bad customer service to the lobby that smells like old mop water. Too many other options around now. They should just close.

October 20th I ordered the Steak Quesadilla meal Large fries and large soda for dine in I got my cup and immediately go to fill my cup cause I ride bicycle I was very grossed out some of the nozzles on the fountain drink looked like it had a sludge coming off it and others had hair on them I was so grossed out I walked out and called the customer service number asap they asked me to go in and ask for a receipt my food was ready on the front counter i asked the cashier for a receipt she said that is yours pointing to the dirty tray that had hot sauce on it from the person before ,I said all I want is the receipt I don't want the food if you can't take 5 min to unscrew a soda machine and rinse out the nozzles your kitchen must be filthy left the food walked out to taco bell in same parking lot

Ordered on line. Walked in rather drive thru. They were busy, but I was waited on within a regular amount of time. Food was hot and delicious.
Did not take my order correctly. They gave me what they wanted. I got the 2 burritos for 7 and change. 1 was good the other was subpar.
