I decided to use Del Tacos drive-thru this morning on my way to work to pick up breakfast. I didn't see my usual breakfast option and couldn't recall the name of it. I described it and the man taking my order was patient and friendly, he listened to me and even guessed what I was looking for which was the toasted breakfast wrap. Unfortunately, it's no longer a part of the menu so I decided to have an egg and cheese breakfast burrito. Upon deciding on this I was asked if I wanted to add on donuts and decided to try. Honestly, I would have never added the donuts to my order had I not been asked and will say it was a great add-on. I was surprised at how good the donuts were! They were served warm and covered in cinnamon sugar making for a nice pairing with my hot coffee.

The manager who look like napoleon dynamite with an extra 20 pounds is most likely the worst manager, he was mid interview while flirting with the lady he was interviewing. Their store lobby literally had people sitting at tables without food as they probably were waiting for their interview with him.

My favorite place to go and the fries are the best.
I went through the drive-through and when I drove away. My fries were cold, so I had to get off and go inside. the young worker's name was Angel, and he obviously was very annoyed. he didn't say a word to me, just grabbed the fries, threw them away, and gave me my replacement. And turned his back to me. Not a word, not an apology, nothing. I'm very disappointed. they obviously don't value their customers at this site. I found out my friend was also treated rudely by Angel, when she went earlier in the day.

I'm very happy with the way they actually moved drive-thru. Very organized and thorough, they have improved in all aspects since this time last year. Great job, Del Taco crew. Unfortunately, they were running short on some things tonight. But what they had they made well hotbamd delicious.
