March 19th 4pm made an order for a free snack taco and the young blonde woman on the head set was very humble and smiled and that's very rare when I go to drive thru Windows. Young lady keep up that A1 customer service!!! I'm usually use to employees being rude especially from the younger women

Horrible why do you have all highschool kids working here , first the girl on the speaker says we're only accepting exact cash or Debit.. trying to keep business away the line was empty and it was late in the morning.. secondly horrible customer service and why is the cashier handling the food no gloves just touching money and touching our food even late at night , the cashier was also the cook smh whaaaat....most importantly the food was terrible, dry old nasty threw it all away all 5 items.... Change your service or shut it down this is the second horrible experience here... I feel bad for anyone who's first time at Del is this location 😒 🤢 I'd give zero stars if I could and I won't ever come back!!! Be careful people they already have a 3 star rating for a reason and with the food coming out like that you're bound to get sick 🤢

Very rude and terrible customer service! My Mom was practically yelled at for not knowing the menu well (she is elderly by the way).. first and last time here at this location. SMH hope the guy that worked the drive thru gets fired… u suck! We just left and never ordered any food. What a waste of time.

Entire reason for going to this location was to get my son a taco. Grabbed some food for the rest of the family and they forgot the taco. 20 minute drive from house, can't spend 45+ minutes just to get a taco. Learned my lesson, never coming back to this location if I'm in the area. Didn't get a receipt, so I don't have an order number either. How convenient for them.
Unfortunately, this location is getting worst everytime I go. This is probably the last time I go to this location. I ordered an epic guacamole burrito and the guacamole was just unripe slice avocado.

What a joke! I have lived in the area for 20 years, have eaten at this Del Taco location HUNDREDS of times, but now I am officially done. It might sound frivolous to some, but to me it is important. I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. I like my fries extra extra extra crispy / well done. I also like my drinks with extra ice. It is without exaggeration that I state that I have ordered my food this way 200 hundred times, and EVERY time I get my food, the fries are cooked regular, and there is minimal ice in my cup. It doesn't matter what time of the day or evening I patronize this establishment. They either can't follow orders, are ignorant, or simply brush off my specific request. Either way, if you disrespect your customer, you don't care about us or your business. I WON'T return!

Ordered 2 medium epic burrito meals. The strawberry lemonade had no strawberries and barely tasted like just lemon water. Both meals had small fries, not medium. Asked for del scorcho, got none. Burritos were fine I guess though.
