Been going to the location on La Sierra since the 80's. Quality has gone down hill very quick. Can never get the order straight and language barriers makes it difficult to communicate.

Ok...This is the 3rd Del Taco that has completely let me down and I feel like I should have just thrown my $12 out the window of my truck while on the freeway ?..What has happened to quality product and decent customer service??.. I'm asking YOU Del Taco management...Cold french fries? Literally not fully cooked french fries and 2 supposedly meat burger patties that were so overcooked they crunched when I tried to bite my double del cheeseburger along with brownish lettuce and dripping grease and when I went all the way back I was told that a manager was not available for a refund...So basically as I said I just threw my money away...Will somebody from Del Taco please contact me ASAP

The service is quick and efficient. All the lady's that work there are about the business and get the food out ASAP! Food is always warm/hot and one of my favorite spots for a quick bite. The only problem is the disrespectful transients who flock there all day and leave their trash every where. I don't mind everyone kicking it ANYWHERE (we're all God's children and we deserve to be where ever, but be respectful and know that children are/and will be present), but don't be lame... PICK UP YOUR TRASH! ??

Over all food is good but this place has gone down hill in the last year. Takes them a minimum of 20 mins to get your food out doesn’t matter if they are slow our Busy. If I have to wait 20 mins for fast food at the current price of food I might as well go to a sit down restaurant.

No matter when you come here there is ALWAYS a wait. Employees moving at a snails pace. My hard taco shells are always soggy by the time I get home and I live less than 5 minutes away.
And they are working as a team back there and it's cold outside and a lot of people were eating in the restaurant and it's more than lately. So something Great must be going on in here.. some HOT food and coupons.. and deals...

Staff is friendly and the iced tea is usually fresh. Staff is a little slow, but always accurate.It seems like management always has this place understaffed. Great employees, always a good attitude. But they're going to get burnt out if they don't get some help on busy nights.

Well folks I had to come and check out Del Taco's NEW Birria Ramen and cookie butter shake. Let me tell you...they went above and beyond on their ramen. They added fresh onions, cilantro and the amount of shredded beef was good. But I think because the morning was crisp and cool. The warm soup felt AMAZING to eat. I can't wait to go back and try out the birria tacos and quesadilla.The cookie butter shake was super comforting. and had a nice texture. I usually get the Speculous at Trader Joes, but now that I tasted the Biscoff cookie butter I just might pick up a jar from Ralphs in the near future. Until next time thank you for the great experience and delicious food. Plus the price point was pretty good for the quality of food.

I was just there, waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, got home and the shells on my tacos were rancid ? they smelled rancid and they tasted rancid.
