This is the best sandwich ever!!!
My family has been coming to D'Elia's Grinders since the original shop was where Sages used to be. it's the bread! Except THAT bread is no longer what is served. The light, crispy, delicious loaves are now thick, hard and dense. The new bread makes D'Elia's just another sub shop. Hope they can figure it out. Meanwhile, my family has moved on. Very sad...
I love this place! Best subs ever!!

Worst staff, they are not doing their job well, I picked up my order from here and they forgot to add a few things in the bag so half way I realized about it and went all the way back and asked to add both things. They are no even sorry for their mistake and ignoring like it was my mistake.

Sandwich ingredients were good but the bread was stale and crumbled apart into dust. Way over hyped for a place that prides themselves on their bread

Waited 30+ minutes for a sandwich with 1 cold cut and a slice of cheese on it. Don't waste your time or money with this.

I heard good things about this place. Very disappointed. I ordered a whole roast beef, my wife ordered a whole ham sandwich. Both sandwiches had two slices of meat throughout the sandwich and an excessive amout of lettuce. Bread too dry, no flavor. Looking at the website when I got home I was shocked that a whole sandwich was supposed to get a pound of meat. I doubt if both sandwiches together weighed over a pound.

One my favorite sandwich places to stop at when I'm in town. Pastrami all the way.
Sandwiches nearly as good as the original.

Bread was dry and meat was chewy. Quality for price is not worth it. Spoke to employees about bread and they did not care. No refund. Will not visit here again and will save other people the trouble.

Ordered a large turkey sandwich, all bread and on slice of turkey. I would've been more satisfied with Subway
Terrible sandwich! The roll hard and fell apart, also hardly any meat on the big roll. I won’t ever get a sandwich there again.
Ordered online and it was ready when I got there. Fast and friendly service. Since I was driving I asked for everything on the side so nothing was soggy. This is also great for those in your family that only want it a certain way. You can order a large and each person can make it how they want without paying for 2 sandwiches.
(The following review is in regard to the University Ave. location, however it is likely the same service will be received at this location, due to employee training being the same for both locations.) When picking up my order, once again, the potato salad was sitting out in the bag with the grinders, instead of remaining refrigerated until I picked the order up (I submitted this same issue on an OvationUp.com survey 4 weeks prior to this order, however there has been no remedy) (I will contact the Riverside County Department of Environmental Health if I encounter another instance of a highly perishable food item, such as potato salad, being left unrefrigerated for an unspecified period of time, as it is not known when the customer will ultimately pick the order up). Also, I ordered 2 Whole 2-Meat Combo Grinders with no salt, no black pepper, and no tomatoes, however they both had tomatoes and black pepper, and most likely salt. Given that black pepper is virtually impossible to remove from a grinder, 2 Whole 2-Meat Combo Grinders were ruined.
