I'd like to start off by saying that I am a regular guest, I have been going to this location since before new management took over and started implementing student discounts.
I had a reward on the Denny's app; an everyday value slam. I went in for a quick bite. First and foremost, the Biscuit and Gravy was disgusting and the eggs were hard/rubbery.
But the reason why I am leaving a bad review is because I ordered a carbonated water with a lemon. Like I said, I've been going to this denny's pretty consistenlty and I was never charged for water before.
The server, Consuelo G, informs me that it should be rung up as soda, she over rung me. I told her I've never been charged for water before and that on my receipt its coming up as a "Coca-Cola Freestyle". I paid it and informed her that I will file a corporate complaint.
Regardless of corporates response, I will not be going back to this location and I will be boycotting Denny's from now on.... it was my first time using the app and I was advised by a manager to download the app because I frequented Denny's.
A water with lemon isn't a "Coca-Cola Freestyle". Consuelo G simply over-rung me because she wasn't ok with a regular custiomer getting a reward from the app.

Lydia is an excellent server I have ever met. She is courteous, professional, and kind. I also love the dishes prepared by the morning chef, who starts his work at 6 p.m. Everything was terrific for my breakfast experience.
