I tried the Cubano and it was good. All of the sandwiches ordered by my group had a lot of meat! The prices are fairly typical of a sandwich place. Service wasn't bad. A member of my group reported that the restroom was in desperate need of a cleaning but other than that it was a good lunch!

It was my first time there. I had a great sandwich. The place was quiet and clean. I'd definitely go there again. I didn't give 5* because I ordered a corned beef sandwich that was supposed to have coleslaw. When I asked for the slaw on the side, they told me they couldn't because they were out of it..I should have been told before I paid, received a reduced price or been offered a substitute.

Food was good...although it was advertised as breakfast bagels....but they had no eggs or fresh brewed coffee...employees were super nice...would eat there again

Overall food was good but not very happy about the wait time. There was one order ahead of me and I was there for close to 18 minutes waiting on my two sandwiches. I feel perhaps ordering ahead of arriving may be best to do but I feel wait time shouldn't of been as long as it was. Restaurant was clean overall but if they worked on their prep time I would of been happier. Also bread was very soggy by the time I got home with our food. It was not a very pleasant eating experience sandwiches feel apart and bread was not very good.

Loved it!! Received my free birthday sandwich promo and let me tell you... my son and I shared the best tuna sandwich And Turkey sandwich!! Will definitely be going back! No more subway! This meat is not processed its so delish!!! ðŸ…yum!!!
Customer service was good. Wait was minimal. Just meh better than subway not quite as good as deli d sandwich. Not memorable.

There were several discrepancies between the online menu and the menu in the store. Given the fact that we ordered our food based on the website menu we were told certain items were no longer available (monte Cristo) and there were things on the menu in the store not shown online (sandwich with brie cheese). Also I went around 5:30pm on a Friday and they were out of meatballs so we ended up having to change our order twice because of these issues. Also I tried to place my order ahead of time over the phone so I did not have to wait but they refused to do that since I was paying with cash which was very frustrating because no other company has ever done that to me. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean but the sandwiches were not the best we have had. My mom said her pastrami was too salty and the tuna melt was too plain and I asked them to add mustard to my sandwich and they did not do that.

Finally tried this place a couple of days ago. I tried the Ruben, which was good, albeit slightly dry and the meat could have been cut a little better, but that is just me being a bit nit-picky. The atmosphere was nice and I really liked the ascetic of the restaurant. I would certainly try it again, especially seeing as they deliver through multiple different food apps if you cannot get there to pick it up. I would recommend the place for sure.
