Donât pre tip if it gives you the option. Multiple times my order is left at my front door. They donât knock on the door to let you know that they have arrived.

First I Received an email from Dominoâs in regards to the delivery in which it said it isnât what was expected then I called the store to make a complaint on my order and let me tell you awful awful awful customer service and canât believe how rude they are. Never again will I deal with that particular store again.

Ordered the coupon on 5 pizzas 7 toppings for 10.99 each. 3 of the pizzas only had 4 toppings. Ripped off completely. Didn't notice until we finished more than half of all 4 pies

I never go to domino's but this place was soooo good. The white man with ginger colored hair handed me off my pizza and he was really nice. They gave me exactly what I asked for and i got a large pizza with any toppings for 10 bucks because of their nice deals. The dough was nice and soft how I like it without being undercooked and the crust was nice and soft and seasoned and I actually ate the crust which I never do for pizza

Every time I order they never deliver when say they are driver never find my address even thou it order every week , system says I should have my order in 20 to 30 min its been over on hour and still nothing , last time I order from this location..

I found out the Domino driver's car broke down, life happens, I get it. But a phone call from Dominos would have been nice to at least, let me know they wouldn't have another driver until later that evening. I ended up calling 40 minutes later after no pizza delivery. The employee was non-chalant and told me it would be awhile. Luckily, my husband had just finished work at 10pm (I ordered at 9pm) and went to pick up the pizzas for the family. Unfortunately, the pizzas were cold and had been sitting out a while, and one of the pizzas was burnt, smh. Beyond disappointing. I will not order from this location again. So much for the great customer service, there was none sadly.

Absolutely ticked off at the people working here, they literally made me turn into a Karen. I placed an order for delivery and yes i will admit blame on my part for this i mistyped my address by 1 digit and it went to my neighbors house. My neighbor is an old man, the lights were off, nobody answered the door so the driver just LEFT IT ON THE PORCH. I checked my app and the order said it was still out for delivery, so I called the store. They told me it was dropped off an HOUR AGO! Nobody called me, nobody texted, no app alert saying its been delivered, so for an hour my food was just sitting outside on a porch getting stone cold. The first person who answered the phone was fine, i was put on with the manager who was completely dismissive and told me to call corporate. I wanted to know if I can either get a refund or atleast a new order made and pick it up and was denied. I worked at a pizza place before and if I did not hand the delivery in hand to the person, I would not just leave it on the effing porch! I would atleast try to contact and let them know im there. This is utter BS, horrible service and no empathy for the customer, Im not looking for a handout if thats what you think, I just wanted to reach a compromise for a simple error.

It was quick and easy. I pulled up ordered from my phone and was the food was out in 10 min. They brought it to my car and everything was ready to go. Looks good an taste fantastic. I really enjoy the new stuffed crust. The only thing is I wanted to tip but because they were so quick the employee took off before I could check the food and tip. That is the only thing that I could say they could do better. If they could ask the customer if they are satisfied and then leave they may go above and beyond what is expected and may receive more tips. Idk itâs just how I felt. I donât like to pre tip. I wish there was a way to tip after you receive your food from pickup or delivery.
