Just nasty food. I'm sure everything was prepared properly but it just sucked. My salad taste of nastiness and cheese. My meatsa had a total of 15 peperoni on a 16in pizza. The Brooklyn style crust must be code for "we mugged ya." The tots tasted like they had been sprayed with liquid smoke. The chicken was equivalent of something ya would find at a gas station. The Everything was so bad could only stomach 1/2 a piece before I literally spit it out into the sink. All in all I spent 70 plus tip to eat sh@t pie.... I would love for the restaurants in our area to offer decent food. 9-10 places in Riverside SUCK! VOTE WITH YOUR WALLET!

This place was so much better when Jennifer was working there!!! The service was so good and she was such a sweet girl!!! She always made sure the food was good and that I felt welcomed. It was such an amazing ambiance. Brianna was good too I guess, but not the kind of service that I got from that sweet Asian girl Jennifer! Won't be coming. Back if she isn't there!!!!

Ordered a 14" Hawaiian pizza at 3:10 was told I would be ready at 3:30 I've been waiting for a single fucking pizza for now about 40 mins unbelievable! Order was finally ready at 4:00 Pizza Hut is probably a better option or any other food place won't come here ever again. I was only offered a small soda for the "inconvenience" what an insult! Don't come here!

I don't think the food or wait time is a issue at all but the fact I've asked for a district managers numbers multiple times to discuss a displeasure of customer service that I keep receiving from the manager in store is appalling to me today while in the store to pick up a remake of cinnamon twist I asked one of the cashiers very nicely if she knew how I can contact District Manager and I was interrupted by someone he didn't want to give me his name, and turns around and began to be very rude, and started to use profanity in the pictures This was the employee who was rude, and using profanity and also refused to give me his name after he intruding in my conversation that I was having with the other cashier, not to mention he has on the an AirPod and jewelry while cooking food

Rude and aggressive managers who are not only rude to customers they also bully their employees. How does this place think it's OK to treat people in this manner. I also witnessed chicken being pick up off the floor after dropped and put with order instead of throwing it out and making a new order. Management needs to be fixed at this location. This location has Lost a few customers after the video of the crazy customer service and employee treatment went out.

Ordered my food over an hr ago. I called and they said they were short on drivers. Would be another 20 mins. Its now been 1 hr and 30 min and I'm still waiting. I called again and no answer. Do not order from here!!!!

They took an hour for one pepperoni pizza... as I came in and out to check up on the pizza, I noticed one customer also complained that she ordered her pizza 40 minutes ago. Another customer had complained that her pizza took forever and demanded a refund. And another customer complained that he called four times and never got an answer. I then said I called and no one answered either. If you want your pizza to take an hour and for no one to answer your calls then this is the place for you.
